Saya looked between them, "No harm done on my end." she replied quietly, taking a page from Jack and telling a small lie. She had a few scratches and cuts, but that was nothing compared to how the battle left her emotionally. Vivyne, Ardy, and Jack were in danger and she hesitated to defend them. Sighing, she motioned in the direction of the house, "We should get back." She stated, "Its too dangerous for anyone to be out on their own anymore." She had not lost her resolve to grow stronger and rescue Nala and now Ardy, but now she had a glimpse into just how much strength that would require.

"It's alright." Saya replied, glancing at Vivyne briefly. She owed an explanation for her interference. "That was Nala. She was a maiden and a member of our group until she was taken by Anarche, a servant of the dark Pandora. This was the first time I've seen her since she was taken. I hadn't known what to expect." She stated, shaking her head. Now Ardy was gone, and she couldn't help but wonder why. No one was safe at this point.

The maiden that had been in the fight nodded in agreement. They should all just go home now. She would go back to school to get her injuries. Her legs still worked fine, so it would be no problem.

And then the next day came...

Between helping Kristina lay her egg containing Almagest, Newarava’s scolding of those that did not wake their mentors and Ursula’s hysterics, there was a great amount of yelling and screaming to go around in the mansion for hours on end. Everyone by now was well aware of Nala and Ardy’s disappearance, as well as the fact that El’s brother Ro is here. Or was here, he disappeared in the early morning.

Newarva had everyone seated in the mansion’s planning room, even those that weren’t in trouble just to make sure it never happens again. The room was used for navigational purposes and sorting things out. It was built to hold a large amount of people comfortably (and seeing as it was made for most of them pregnant, the chairs were just as comfortable), so it made for the perfect lecture hall...

“I just, can’t believe you all put your lives in danger and had the option to seek us for help. Ursula, El, even myself. Any of the three of us would had done. Saya, I know you wish to bring Nala back, but that thinking you had nearly cost you your life. El learned this lesson herself with her brother. You can’t let your emotions take control of your sound judgement, guide yes, but not control. Vivyne, I’d expect an elf your age to understand how dangerous things are using a foreign power. You’re marked by your Pandora, so there much training you will need as well. Ursula, if you could please refrain from suffocating your son there, I’d like to get to him myself.”

“I’m sorry Newarva.” Said the worried mother. She had the poor boy in a head hug an actual bear could approve of. “He knows not to just leave the party to walk off alone.” Explained Ursula, she gave him a scolding of his own prior.

Meanwhile Ace was still asleep during this lecture. It didn’t help that Newarva was a teacher, nor the fact that his head was resting on the big comfy and fluffy set of pillows that was called Imira. Her children however, were not amused at all.

Lancelot was seated next to Kela and Allison on this one. Kristina was still recovering and was given bed rest. He’d give her the short list later.

"LANCELOT ARE YOU LISTENING!?"

He physically jumped from his seat. Wow this woman could be terrifying. "Y-Yes, m-mam..."

"I'm sorry Newarva." The elf grimaced slightly as she felt her Pandora move around. "I don't know why, but Craig is hurting me." Vivyne's hands caressed the swollen sphere that was her belly. "I didn't feel anything when Ardy was kidnapped last night. May have been the heat of the moment." She told her.

Newarva sighed once more. "You're right about that Saya." She replied to the maiden in training. She took a look at Vivyne's upper forearm for her mark. She tapped a finger on particular points, checking for a reaction in her womb. "You are all in my care. I just don't want to lose anyone else if I can control it. As for your Vivyne, you might be right yourself. Could have just over did it last night."

Then she got the reaction from Vivyne sh was checking for. An immense pain overwhelmed the vessel. Well, this was bad news. "You and Craig aren't compatible for each other if you're getting that." Explained Newarva. For good measure, she began to using her maiden powers to heal her of her soreness.

"How is she not compatible? I thought all beings were capable of handling Pandora spirits if they weren't evil or something like that." Allison chimed in as she stood up from her seat and stretched her arms.

She looked into Mrs. Newarva's eyes and asked, "If you're done with Vivyne can you check me next? I'm still wondering if Chime and Oria have adapted to my body or not. I'd like to know they're at least somewhat active." She held her belly and rubbed it, but a response from neither of her children.

"Are you really sure my mark and pregnancy are okay? And that nothing is out of place? I cannot believe Pandora spirits are so quiet when I've seen Imira's belly jumping like a frog all the time." Allison answered Mrs. Newarva with worry. While she was speaking she could feel her shirt begin to slide up her belly and she pulled it down once to stop it from moving.

"I've not spoken much to my Pandora spirits you know. Like I said, it really worries me, do they hate me or something?"
