You must also know your strengths and weaknesses. Use what makes you most powerful, never get distracted and never and I mean never let your enemy discover your strengths or weaknesses. Because they can either return your power to normal or weaken you, either way you'll be easier to defeat.

" maybe that works for how you fight but i can tell from your thoughts that those fights have been harder then they should have cause wen you think to hard on thinking that you know something and that turns out wrong your gonna regret it so i don't i let them show me their strengths or weaknesses so i can react and not even worry much "

I've never had a tough fight in my life when I know their strengths and weaknesses. If my information is wrong then I let my primal instincts take over.

well then no wonder your so slow primal instincts can slow down caused by adrenalin which can come from a thrill a moment of pain a moment of scared of a chance of death and a fight causes adrenalin slowing you down if you run of that "
