Justin sighed. He was happy that no one was killed, but that Vergil guy was bad news. He then heard what Vergil said. Since the demon in blue knew about his feelings, Rouge would be a target, should the two demons fight again.

"Did that guy leave yet?" questioned Amy, looking up at them. She'd wrapped Sonic's head in a bandage, as well as one around his stomach.
Knuckles nodded. He raised his eyebrows at Amy. "Y'know, I don't really think all those bandages are nessesary...."
"Are you Sonic's girlfriend?"
"No, but-"
"Then leave the nursing to me." Amy stuck her tongue out at him.
Rouge rolled her eyes at Amy.

Justin chuckled, even though he just had a fight. He then had a thought. He was kinda hoping Rouge didn't hear what Vergil said about him caring for her.

Rouge had heard it; her brain was just too pissed off to care. Now, that came back to her. Half of her wanted to believe that that meant he liked her more then a friend, while the other half was hoping it didn't. I mean, even if they weren't technically back together, she did kind of have a thing going with Knux.
Sonic opened his eyes, blinking. "Gmfffxxx." He groaned, sitting up. He became fully awake. "Where's that b*****d in blue? I wan'na kill him!"

Justin was sure that Rouge had heard what Vergil said. He didn't know if she felt anything for him, but she still had something going with Knux, and he didn't wanna mess that up. He then looked to Sonic. "Vergil ran off, but Dante went after him. If he needs us, he'll call." He explained.

Justin then shifted back into human form. "Oh, well. At least everyone's all right." He said.

Rouge nodded. She turned her attention to Knuckles. "Now what was that about sparking my rage?" She asked, putting her hands on her hips.
Knuckles must've sensed some kind of vibe from Rouge. He pointed at the sky. "Look, it's Metal Sonic!"
Rouge and Sonic and Amy looked up.
"What?! There isn't anything th-" She glanced back at where Knuckles once stood. Now, he was sprinting away, disappearing over a hill. "HEY!" Rouge spread her wings and flew after him.
Sonic and Amy laughed.

Justin laughed at his two friends. Rouge was a real spitfire, she was. He liked her that way, though. He then rubbed the shoulder that Vergil stabbed.

Sonic got to his feet. "You should get that taken care of. Man, we're quite a crew aren't we? Knuckles is probably dying of poison, if Rouge doesn't kill him first, Tails is unconsious, I got jabbed in the stomach, you're a mess pretty much everywhere....Not much of a sight worth seeing." He grinned.

Justin chuckled. "Ya got that right." He told Sonic. Vergil was a real powerhouse, and he was incredibly fast. Not to mention the cruel aura he felt off of him. It was hard to believe he was only HALF demon.

"But why'd they fuse me with a HEDGEHOG? Of all animals, a HEDGEHOG?" Sonic asked to no one in particular, feeling his spikey hair. "Although, I must admit the hair is awsome."

"Y'know, I'm not exactly sure. Maybe the hedgehog was supersonic already?" He suggested.
"But how come half of our names are so weird? Were we renamed when we were mutated, or just named weirdly from the start? Or maybe we used nicknames so much we forgot our original ones?"
"Huh. That's a good question. Well, let's see...." Sonic raised his hands, counting on his fingers as he named the group. "Shadow was created from DNA of Black Doom, so I guess he had to be called something similar....Rouge must've been as roguish a baby as she is a woman....You kept yours....I referred to Tails as that because he's got two tails.....Knuckles probably had as strong a punch as he does now, plus his parents are phsyco....And I think I was registered as Alex, but was 'Sonic' because I could run fast, and this was inhanced when I was experimented on."

Justin nodded, in a bit of shock. "That actually makes sense! And, considering YOU said it, that's saying something!" He said jokingly. He actually thought that this made sense. "Slightly away from the point, but I wonder why Dante and Vergil have the names they have. It kinda feels like I've read them in a book somewhere." He told the others.
