Is retraining across ALL techniques making a comeback or is it simply for medical techniques?

I have written in retraining guides in more than a few non-eiseijutsu. As I get free time, I try to find suitable jutsu to allow this. (I should really finish up the eisei ones, too) It's so much now that we'll have to start adding on more posts in certain lists! XD 50k characters is the size limit for posts, ne? Null rank jutsu are the primary candidates, as they don't normally have a well defined and stable chakra rank.

Thanks for upping my post count into the thousands D: you fiend
Oh, indeed. 50k characters is too small a limit sometimes. Some Null-Rank, or Maruton or whatever, need some work if they're going to receive retraining, such as changes to dimension and such.

I have a couple more questions though.

Is there any system in place for Missing-Nin/Rogue Shinobi?

Say fighting were to break out between two villages, how would a two-village war be handled?

Say someone from Kumo captured the Nine-Tails, could they put it in one of their village shinobi despite it canonically belonging to Konoha? With mod supervision, of course.

Unofficially, yes, officially, no. Just waiting on Azeiel to finish some details with the rogues' missions before the entire system publicly debuts. It wouldn't make much sense with having only half of it there. XD Yes, rogues can also have fun with missions. lol

Subforum-wide posting order until a much easier, secondary order can be instituted, to allow for greater amounts of posting. (we learned this from Kumo's Nibi release) I'd try to limit the first order until folks separate off into other threads. Cross thread attacks are allowable, due to long distance jutsu. (requires proper quoting, and posts in both threads) No sleeping for 8 hours to recuperate chakra/stamina in the 30 seconds that another fight is taking place elsewhere in the same village. Anbu/Oinin forces would clash with the other village's Anbu/Oinin forces to keep them busy. Evac orders would be assumed by the rest of the Anbu/Oinin not engaged by the enemy. Siege weapon warfare would be likely.

Yes, though the Kyuubi has been recaptured by the Evergreen now, due to unfortunate events in Konoha. If any bijuu at any time is sealed, it goes to those that, logically, sealed it. ^_^ That way, a visiting shinobi from another village should be watched over and scrutinized during any kind of attack.

Okay. Just one more question.

What... is the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow?

Who is Evergreen?

Oh, also, is the Kirigakure Taijutsu Style in the reworks?

What do you mean? An African or European swallow?

Evergreen are the eco-terrorists that want to kill all shinobi everywhere. They just like to do it with big, hulking parts of the God Tree---cough---bijuu. They currently have a tedious alliance with the peasant forces, the UHV, since the UHV isn't a bunch of chakra using folks. (for the most part)

Not that I am aware of currently. Why?

In the Juuken's description, it says that the attacks infused with chakra drain the opponent's chakra by the same amount of chakra infused into the attack. Does it include techniques such as these:
Shōtei [ Palm Bottom ]
Rank: D
Official Description: This attack consists of a quick, precise thrust of the users' palm to an opponent's body. Like other Gentle Fist techniques, it sends chakra into the target to cause internal damage which will temporarily paralyze an opponent.
Guild Description: See official description.

Hakke Sanjūni Shō [ Eight Trigrams: Thirty-Two Palms ]
Rank C
The Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a halved version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, but seems to be no less effective. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.Once someone is within range of her field of divination, Hinata assumes her Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver her attack: First, two consecutive strikes to make two • Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four • Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight • Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen • Fifth, and then another sixteen consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of thirty two.

Hakke Rokujūyon Shō [ Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms ]
Rank B
The Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is reserved only for the Main branch of the Hyūga clan. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.Once someone is within range of Neji's field of divination, he assumes a Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver the attack: First, two consecutive strikes to make two • Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four • Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight • Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen • Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two • Sixth, another thirty two consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of sixty four strikes.

Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō [ Eight Trigrams: One Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms ]
Rank A
The Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a doubled version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms performed at twice the speed. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through one hundred and twenty-eight chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly. Once someone is within range of Neji's field of divination, he assumes a Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver the attack: First, two consecutive strikes to make two • Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four • Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight • Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen • Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two • Sixth, thirty two consecutive strikes to make sixty four • Seventh, another sixty four consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of one hundred and twenty eight strikes.

I know that these techniques already have their specific effects, such as paralysis and inability to use chakra for a while, but wouldn't the basic effect of Juuken still apply?

The basic closing of pathways via Tenketsu blockage? Yes. The D-rank one isn't useful for doing that, though. If you mean the act of just going around and poking folks to close Tenketsu, it'll require a lot of poking just get up to the 32 level. (and more chakra, likely) Jaxdrill is likely to have a better description of it, but I thought I'd at least try.

Mad Science

Pretty high if you learn jutsu that can produce one. The easiest one that comes to mind is Shisha Ku'utsu, a Maruton Ninjutsu.

I meant the basic draining of chakra.
Quote:
Chakra must be infused in each attack to deal damage of the corresponding amount. ( If you use [5] chakra in your attack, it will drain [5] chakra from your opponent. )

Like, 32-palms will have the normal effects of closing 32 Tenketsu with a chakra cost equal to its rank (If it is C Rank Complex, 20 Stamina and 10 Chakra), but what I wanted to know was if along with closing 32 Tenketsu the user would also drain 10 Chakra Points from the opponent.

Pretty high if you learn jutsu that can produce one. The easiest one that comes to mind is Shisha Ku'utsu, a Maruton Ninjutsu.

So you can't just be like, "Hey, I met this chimera in the past and now we are ninja pals"?

As far as we know, Chimera in Naruto do not exist naturally, unless you mean human chimera, which is a medical condition. XD

Yes, that appears to be true. So higher ones, like the B-rank, shave off even more chakra from the opponent, and so on~ Though just closing the Tenketsu will bring enough harm on its own. XD

Great, then my AP now is even better xD since it works with the Palm Strike techs. :3

And yeah I know the power of just closing the tenketsu :3
