Jaice half smiled. "Meet me at the Cliffs in half an hour, and we'll head out to the training area," he said quietly. He half turned before apparently dissolving into crystalline dust.

Jurei nodded and walked out of the office and headed for the cliffs as he was told. He hoped his own apprentice was fairing well.

~After Time Skip~ Attendents were running around left and right, as per usual. The Hokage had been bed ridden for days now, and every time he tried to fight and do his job, he was attacked by neigh ten nurses and brought back to his bed within the office, as he refused to stay in the Hospital. "I'll be damned if I let some stupid sickness keep me away from my office." was generally what he had to say when the nursing staff begged him to rest.
As he gazed at the village from his window, he took a swig of sake from his gourd. The pain stopped, finally. "You guys better get back soon... donno how much longer I'ma last cooped in here."

Soon the door burst down as three energetic kids flew into the room, a girl and a boy, about 14 both identical twins. The youngest was a ten year old boy, a blend of Sana and Qastor in the flesh. They fell in and ended up face down sprawled on each other in the floor, jumping up they all ran to his desk with gleaming smiles. "Akito-sama, Akito-sama, Akito-sama, we're back, we're back, we're back, did you miss us Akito-sama !?!?!?!?!?"

Chess paused outside the door and glanced in, noticing that the Hokage was busy right, and leaned against the wall outside the door. She'd returned from Snow for the moment and her hair was shorter than when she'd left I wonder whats changed here...

Akito, of course, met them with open arms and a grin plastered on his face. "Been borin' without ya." The nursing staff rushed in to shoo away his visitors, but a glare caught them at the door. They left without a word. "Chess, you can come in too."
He squated and eyed both at their level, then nodded. "I take it you met Old Man Sonozaki, then?"

Chess twitched then sighed, pushing the door open "Yes, sir." she slid into the office and leaned against the wall there, not wanting to interrupt anything. She examined the children silently then flicked her eyes away, watching nothing in particular.

"Yeah, I did," Tenichis shy quiet voice came through as he stepped forwards,"Dad and mom and Litany-sama taught me a bunch of Shinobi techniques to prepare me for any sort of training Akito-sama." He looked shy as if he would turn around, he looked down and then smiled, he burst out in an excited tone,"So does this mean you will be my new Sensei Akito-sama!?"
Sotaru stepped forwards too,"We all actually came to see you and tell you dad and mom are doing well and should be back sooner than expected. We came to get any mission assignments or jutsu scrolls and then get our headband and Sensei, me and Seseni wanted to be on the same team, possibly Ten ten too."
Seseni grinned at Akito, she then blushed her blind eyes showing happiness,"I got really tall now Akito-sama, see!"

"You really are their children..." AKito muttered to himself as he stood and greeted Chess."Gotta say, I'm usually into the Long Hair look, but you've grown into quite the beauty."
He waited until all three stopped, then he started again. "One: Kind of. I'll need to speak with you after this, Tenichi. Two: You all will be in the same team, under Chess, if she'd be willing to accept a promotion. Three: .... yes, you have." He placed his hand on Seseni's head as his eyes moved to Chess. "I think three years is enough time to outgrow Chunnin. Whatdoya say, Chess?"

Sotaru and Seseni went silent now, respectful and silent, Sotaru twiddling his thumbs and Seseni turning towards Chess with her blind eyes not making a sound as she blushed a bit hugging to her brothers arm. Tenichi nodded and went to sit in a chair by the wall as he waited to see the outcome of the latest development.

Chessa blinked, not used to being praised by anyone, and her face brightened "Thank you, sir." she glanced at the children, mildly surprised. She hadn't expected any of this when she came here "Ah, yes. I'd be willing to take a team, if thats alright with them." she smiled carefully, curious but keeping it to herself.

Sotaru jumped and did a fist pump,"Yes we got ourselves a team now, oh yeah!" Seseni hung to her brothers arm and put her finger to her lip biting it softly,"uhmmm..... Ill go with brother....." she nodded in acceptance. The two walked over to meet their sensei now as Tenichi stood up and walked to Akitos desk,"you wanted to talk more Akito-sama?"

Akito bounced up, clapping his hands together. "Excellent! Oww... owww..." He stopped, pulling out the gourd of sake again and took a swallow. As he placed it back on his waist, he hit his chest with his free fist. "Not as forgiving of a body as it use to be. Anyway, as it stands now, Sotaru, Seseni, and Tenichi Okazi, this is Chessa Manelin. The dojo is open for you anytime. All jutsu scrolls may be found there, organized by element, then by rank. It'll always be open to your squad, so make good use of it. You're dismissed if you have nothing to add, but I'd suggest letting them get settled in the village. The Ice Sheets isn't a forgiving place to stay, let alone travel to and from.
Tenichi, would you please stay behind?"

"Hey there." Chess smiled at the children, hands on her hips as she looked them over "Chessa Manelin." she pushed off the wall to crouch in front of them. She looked more closely at Seseni, taking in the girl's eyes with her own bright blues "You are blind?" she nodded to the Hokage and stood, holding the door for Sotaru and Seseni to go out first "We'll talk more in a bit. Do you guys eat ramen?"

James walked into the office and looked at the Kage "It's been a while and I have something to ask..." She stood there firmly and knew that it had been a while since she was there, but the Kage would not object to what she had to say.
