There's this one guy in my guild (yes it's my guild now apparently >_>) who just got pissed off and ragequit from a training session because my methods were "pure, unfiltered, bullshit." yet didn't bother to discuss it with me before slandering me in the main page of our academy.
I mean, is it not protocol to CONTACT the person and at the very least TALK about the issues before getting your man period and running away from your problems?
