Nemo walked, or rather stomped about just outside the gym doors. Soon after the doors were thrown open and a flood of students left either in a panic or disgruntled at having the dance ended so early. A couple, those that may have been near and heard some of the commotion, bumped him as they went, showing that they did not like his part in their evacuation. He knew it was lame highschool drama, to blame him because he was there, but in this case he couldn't blame them. He flinched away from their touch, shrinking off to the side til the traffic dwindled to a few straggling students ushered by some of the campus security.
As whenever he was confronted with a problem, Nemo took the moment to analyze the situation. The girl that his demon was kidnapped. It was because of him that she was taken, either in retaliation of the last two foiled attempts to kidnap him, or in some twisted plan to lure him in willingly. He knew from his time there that they were trying to find a way to harness his power, at least that was what he derived from information gathered. But was their plan to simply copy or harness the power given to the meteor kids, or was he being targeted specifically?
Thinking hard, he crouched down so that he stood on only the balls of his feet. One thumb was pinched between his teeth and the other was propped elbow to knee so that his fingers could twirl a strand of his hair as he stared at the cement beneath him.
Options, he had to think about that firstly. One, he could stay here and hope that everyone else managed to save Tsukiko without him. Preposterous, he thought. That option was out. Two, go with them and risk being captured according to whatever plan they devised. This one was equal parts good and bad. He wanted to help, but he didn't want to be diving head first right where they are waiting for him. That left him with option three. Nemo didn't much like option three, especially since Palian got poisoned and would need far more energy from him than normal to manifest. Maybe if he talked to Alyssa to see what the battle plan was, he might be able to lend aid without becoming a liability.

"I will be in charge of the group that goes after her Alessa." He wouldn't take no for an answer. There was no option for him, he had to make sure she came back alive. No one knew the past, no one knew how drastic her life use to be. She hadn't had the chance to see how happy the could be now. How they where no longer in their own little world anymore. Catching site of a certain red head, he quickly ran over to her.
"Kat!....Kat!" Reaching her he took hold of her arm. "Listen I'm sorry, Tsukiko needs me...I can't explain perfectly, please just understand. I will make it up to you okay. Find a time a place anything. If you would please....give me another chance. She's more then a friend, more then a sister. We aren't lovers, not on this world at least....I just...for the longest time we were all we had. If I went missing she would drop everything, skip meals not sleep, leave the world behind if she had to....Please this had been the most fun I've had in a long time. Don't think it meant nothing." With that he took her hand and kissed it. "I still owe you okay, any time any where just tell me when." With that he raced outside.
He wasn't sure why, but he like Kat in some way. Friend or more he didn't know. So far he liked having her around, and he didn't like leaving anyone on a wrong foot. Sliding on the ice he easily found Nemo. By this point the weapon boy was out of breathe. "I need to know one thing, and one thing only. I know she's messed up, you've had ever right to hate her, be mad at her what ever you want. Trust me as her best friend when I say this, she thinks the world of you." Knowing how stupid he sounded he quickly continued.
"Since Kiko had been drawn into this she watched how it has effected you. She'd a stupid confused little girl, and I'm not just trying to made her look good. Tsukiko is running around a brightly lite room with a blindfold on. Tripping on things that don't exist, or that do. You need to know how much she admires you're strength. How she wishes to be as strong as you. She offered her magic to keep you awake, but you wanted you try you're own way. How you let her have tonight. Even if it had ended like this. Even if she dies right now,....I know she'll be somewhat happy. I don't know if you can understand or see why she loves him. It took even me a bit of time, but she truly does. Honestly she doesn't even think he loves her back. Tsukiko doesn't trust people, but she trust you, and Fyte."
"Please just please help me find her. I know you can, I will make sure no one harms you. Look." With that he let his arm become a scythe. "It won't be easy, but I will not let them harm someone else. We have to hurry though. If they try......anything..on her, she'll basically self destructed. There are just things she doesn't know how to handle...I'll understand if you don't come, hell she'll even understand. Neither of us are in the position to be asking this of you. Especially not me, the boy she wouldn't have, but she still needs me. I can only go so far alone though."

"Alright fine. Have your way." Alessa said to Ryo, not batting an eye. In fact, she was considering taking a handful of other people in with them this time, seeing as how the last time they had gotten their asses handed to them on a silver platter. All by one boy! The memory was causing her to seethe with fury, something her squad members picked up on instantly and gave her a few feet of room. This mission wasn't going to be easy, not in the least. With half an hour at most to organize and head out, Things were going to get quite chaotic.
Looking out over the dispersing crowd, it disheartened her to not see hide nor hair of Ace. Though she didn't want to chance losing him to that… organization again, he would've been a good fighter, especially against that one kid. Still, if he wanted to join in, he knew who to ask. "Just please be safe." she muttered softly to herself, turning to lead her fellow students.
"The scouters are out and should give us info in a matter of minutes. We leave then! Be prepared to fight like you never have before, and don't be afraid to use your powers! I cannot guarantee your safety, but those of you who are still willing to take that risk, we shall move out!"

Nemo nearly fell back onto his rump when Ryo went on his verbal tyrade. It took him a moment to realize he wasn't being mean or attacking him, but trying to mend things in his own way. Trying to tell him how Tsukiko really felt. Asking for his help. He had no idea she felt that way and it made him feel even worse for it. How selfish and self centered he'd been. After everything he'd been through with everyone, from the kidnappings to the suicide attempt to kiko's coming of age. He felt sickened at how much he had tried to bring on himself.
With such an epiphany that growing up often provides, Nemo felt bolstered in his purpose. After everything, it was definitely time for him to step up to the plate and be a man. No hiding, crying, or letting the woes of the world dictate his life. He had been given this power and had let it go to waste, because he had been frightened by what it did and the form it took. Now he knew the time of backing into the corner and letting others fight his battles was over. He would use his dreamscaping abilities to bring Tsukiko home, safe and sound. Or die trying.
"Thank you," Nemo managed after hearing Ryo to the end. He honestly didn't know what to say to everything, but figured a response wasn't needed. If they lived to the end of the night, he would tell his thoughts directly to the source.
"I think I have an idea," he said after giving the situation some more careful thought. He never was one for taking action without having a sense of direction, but at least this one wasn't cowardly.
"Tell the others," he urged as he went back into the gym. "I'm going to need everyone gathered together so I can tell it once."
His head still throbbed softly from Palian's violent return, but it was easing for whatever reason. He knew that whatever had poisoned his demon would need to be removed before Palian could be revived. Even in this state, he knew the demon was watching, waiting for him to fail and beg for help. But not this time. This time he would do things his way. This time he would rely on his powers alone and not the manifestations that tried to drain him by their very being.
"If they ask why, tell them I have the key to our numbers problem." He was referring to, of course, the fact that they were a rag tag team of kids. A small team at that. And compared to the unknown numbers of the organization behind the abductions, they were greatly outmatched. "I can even the playing field."

Ryo was slightly surprised at how easily Nemo agreed to wrok with him. A small smile appeared on his face and he ruffled the boy's hair. "She'd be proud of you either way. More worried about you then she was herself." With that he ran off into the building and ran on the stage.
"HEY LISTEN!!!" He called out to get everyone's attention that was left. "All of you listen please. Nemo has a plan, possibly he can shed some light on what's going on. So I don't care who's in charge of the stupid student council or any of that s**t. I'm taking over as of right now okay. So you listen to me, or your a** is staying here." Once he was satisfied that everyone understood he turned and nodded at Nemo.
"Now listen yell, because he's only going to explain this once okay. We don't have time screw ups. Not when Tsukiko's life is on the line okay." Her life was on the line almost every day it seem. All she had to do was give up her fear of death. That was all she needed to be pushed over the edge. Promises to the dream demon or not, she would still do it. It was Tsukiko after all.
Sighing he hoped she was okay. That she wasn't scared or to badly hurt. He was going to kill all of them for taking her. The minute he finds her he's going to hold her tight. He didn't care about love or what ever anymore. In some way she would always be his and he'd always be hers.
'Keep holding on Kiko, please I'm coming for you....we're coming for you. Just hold on, remember everything I taught you. Be safe.' Hoping the mental message would get to her. He wanted her safety above all else.

Walking up behind him, Alessa gave Ryo a small smack upside the head. "Screw that. You hardly know how to organize a group this big." She scolded, but there was a tone of amusement in her voice. She made no move to stop either Nemo nor Ryo, and anyone who could read body language was aware of that. Nodding to Nemo, she gave the attention of the group over to him. "So what is it that you need to have someone shouting their lungs off for you?" she said with a bit of snarkiness in her tone. She meant it all with no ill will towards them. They needed to move, fast, and the more knowledge they had now, the better.

Slipping into the gymnasium, Fyte stuck toward the back of the crowd, unsure of what to do. They had gotten a general direction of where they were to go this time, and several members (including herself) of the tracking group could track along the way. She had meant to report the findings to Alessa, but having seen her standing so near to Nemo, Fyte decided against it. His sudden rejection still hurt, like someone was hollowing out the contents of her chest. After they're done up there, I can tell them. She thought to herself, clutching her hands to her chest. It was only a gesture to try and ease the emotional pain, but it seemed to help a bit nonetheless.

"I'm sitting in a room.....Made up of only big white walls, and in the halls there are people looking through....The win.. the window." Her voice cracked, and she hugged her knees tighter and refused to bring her head up. Being thrown in to this room then being thrown a white shirt and some black pants. Being as scared as she was she changed before they came back and took her dress away. "Though they know exactly what we're here for....." Why was she here..what had she done. "Don't look up just let them think....there's no place else you'd rather be-" Her voice cracked and she started crying again. Her voice was fading in and out. Yet it was all she had now. Her voice to ward off the darkness the treated to consumer if she lifted her head. At one point they threatened to cut her hair off if she didn't stop making a fuss.
"I'm only human I've got a skeleton in me." Changing songs so hopefully her voice wouldn't crack. Tsukiko was trying her best to stay strong, to get through this. That one day she would learn to accept her fate and then she could maybe even escape. "But I'm not the villain, despite what you're always preaching. Call me a traitor I'm just collecting your victims, and they're getting stronger I hear them calling....there calling."
"I'll stop the whole world, I'll stop the whole world.... from turning into a monster.....eating us alive." She was already being eaten alive by this darkness. Her voice was still cracking and she wanted to be strong....like Palian though she could be....had he not told Ryo that she, Tsukiko, could take care of herself.....What did he know he was long gone by now. A part of her wanted to lie down and sleep, but she feared what they would do to her if she did that. Not that she was in a position to stop them anyway now. Finding her voice again she tried to sing more. Like her mom use to sing to her. "Don't you ever wonder how we survive? Well, now that you're gone, the world...is ours...."
At that moment she heard a voice in her head. A small voice....then another...then another....Ryo's voice telling her they were coming....Kojo, her brother's voice telling her it was going to be okay......the the last voice she'd expect to hear....her mother's.....Lifting her head up the room didn't look as dark anymore.
"Well, you thought of strength and solutions But I like the tension And not always knowing the answers But you're gonna lose it You're gonna lose it."
Getting up she began banging on the steel door locking her in the room. "Let me out. I swear to god if you don't let me out you going to freaking die when I get a hold of you." If they where coming to get her, then by god she wasn't going to sit by. If she was being noisy then they where going to give her a lot of attention. Kicking the door, throwing her body against it, she hoped they had more then a key to get in here. Because once she was through this door would never open.
"Let me out of you bastards." She said throwing herself against the door again. She went quiet for a moment, let them think she was unconscious. By god they messed with the wrong witch tonight.
((Yeah this is probably going to get her killed.)

Nemo hesitated at first, unused to having the center stage so quickly. He hardly had enough time to collect his thoughts before the kids gathered. They all looked so eager, to fight, to use their powers freely, to die. All to save one of their own. And it was true, in a sense. They had all become somewhat like family. Outcasts of circumstance, they all were thrown into a cage to fend for themselves. And like any true family, they were willing to do whatever it took to keep their own safe.
"We are going to a place where the bad guys are expecting us," he said after a steadying breath. "They know that we are not just kids. And they know how to counter some of our abilities. Lastly, they know that we are a limited few while they have an untold number. They may only be a few dozen strong, or a few hundred."
Nemo scanned the faces of his fellow Hexe's elite, those whose powers had developed enough to be controlled. He managed to see Fyte through the small crowd, her eyes shinning with some emotion he could not depict from such a distance. He knew that he needed to apologize, that his actions had probably ruined his chances. Just another mistake in the mountain he'd made. But at least he knew with this more positive outlook, he'd try to make some of it right.
"Our only hope is to bluff so that our numbers look so overwhelming that the bad guys back off. Its a dangerous ploy, one that could easily backfire if they call us on it," he continued in a somber voice.
"But if it works," he said with a determined nod. "If we make them think we are far stronger than they are, we could easily get back Tsukiko without losing anyone else."
"I know you must be wondering, 'That sounds all well and good, but how do you make us look overwhelming?' All I need is to look at each of you. To look at each of you for a moment. Then it is a small matter of making copies. Not real copies, just dream shades that can follow you. That, combined with my own creations can make our small group look like an army."
Had he ever done this before? Once soon after he made Palian. He found that he could easily make things appear, kind of like manifesting daydreams. But had he ever done it on a scale like this? Hell no. Not that any of them needed to know that. Everyone needed a confidence booster.
"I can also communicate with these dream shades, so we can synchronize attacks and movements. So," he turned then to look at Alyssa. He knew she would be the one to either back or shoot down his idea. It was her call, being his senior. "Does that sound like a good start to your battle plans?"

She lifted a finger to her chin, an obvious gesture that she was considering all possibilities of the situation. "I think this would be a good tactic to use if we are to initially panic them into disorder, and we use that to rescue Tsukiko. I approve of it." She declared loudly to the group, only to whisper lowly to Nemo as soon as they got into the wings of the stage. "Are you sure you'll be able to do this? I can only imagine that this would take a tremendous toll on your body… if you'd like, I can have one of my teammates help you out; her specialty is drawing things to life." Alessa offered the white haired boy. Although she was very appreciative for his immense cooperation, she did not want to have a situation on her hands if he collapsed in the middle of the mission. It would definitely not benefit anyone, were it to come to that worst-case-scenario.

Noticing the brief was basically over, Fyte moved to the stage to inform the captain of the scouters' findings. However, upon seeing Nemo there, she froze on the steps. Of course he'd still be on stage, dummy. He's a key player in her plan now; why would he go wandering off to god-knows-where? After mentally slapping herself, she moved no closer to them, only informed them loudly. "Alessa, we've picked up on their trail, and have several people who can track it as we go. We're awaiting your orders to move."
Once Fyte had said what needed to be said, she made a hasty exit outside before anyone could protest. The incident earlier that night resurfaced in her mind, causing a stab of guilt to run through her. I'm only running away from the problem… I'm sorry Nemo. she thought to herself. Once this is all over, I swear I'll make it up to you.

"I don't mean to be a kill joy here, but how do you know if they haven't left a false trail. I know where to go, I can find her. With or without you I'm going to where she is. I need you to believe me on that. I could find her any day than 1000 times faster then anyone else." Ryo had a better bond with the girl, and he was going after his master if they didn't like then screw them all. He'd rather die trying to save her anyway. Brushing his bangs from his eyes he took in a deep breath. A scowl was permanently placed on his lips. "Drawing things to life won't work here would they. We don't want them to be living creatures, more life shadows if I'm correct. They won't feel because they are merely a dream image. As for you're energy, leave that to me. Tsukiko offered you spells and potions. Well she's not the only magic user here." He would never have the magical talent of her, but he had gotten pretty damn good using her spell book.
"....She's causing a distraction....Tsukiko is, she causing quit a ruckus actually....she thinks they are going to drug her soon...."

Quite honestly, Ryo's stick-up-his-a** attitude (however understandable it was) was aggravating Alessa to no end. "If you had that ability, why didn't you say so in the first place. And it's not actually bringing things to actual life, kind of like shadows or just live drawings. They can't exactly think for themselves; they need commands. And Lynne can always cancel out her powers to make them disappear. So if Nemo wants a bit of help here, we can do that. I'd offer my illusions myself, but illusions aren't as effective here, are they?" She growled out an explanation to Ryo, her patience running thin. They were running out of time to move, and if he wanted to stay here and debate about every single itty-bitty detail, by god, Alessa was going to kick his a** into unconsciousness and have her best people keep him on campus until they came back. "Calm your tits already, prissy boy. There's a reason no one ever put you in charge of anything. You better hurry it up, get your act together, and get us the damn hell out of here before I leave without you. Don't go acting like you're running the show here, cause you're not. They are. And every second we waste here means more of a disadvantage we face when we finally bust down the door to their stinking lair. Get my drift?" Alessa hissed, finishing what she needed to get off of her chest. Ryo really wasn't helping the situation at hand, in her opinion, and she had a policy; if team mates are gonna drag you down on a mission, you don't bring them along at all. "You'd better be damn good at tracking her drugged unconscious self if you keep at this."

"Of course. The more the merrier. In fact, if its possible along the way, we should gather all those who have abilities like this. Can't hurt to have more than needed," Nemo agreed as he twirled a strand of his hair in thought. "We'll need to stay in the rear, so that our concentration is not disturbed by the active combat. But not too far away, range can effect performance after all."
Nemo heard all of the arguing between Ryo and Alyssa, all the while his brow furrowed in concentration. So many facts coming in, even the early report from Fyte on the hound trail. He glanced at her as she backed away, but the pain of his own personal problems dwarfed compared to the problem at hand. He was at heart a tactical planner. One crisis at a time.
"If Ryo knows exactly where Tsukiko is, then let him be part of the scouting party," he suggested. Then he looked up at the blond, his face more serious than anyone had ever seen him.
"Ryo, take them to where they have her, but don't do anything. Get us the information we need to plan a good attack," he said steadily. "I know it will be difficult. You'll want to attack the moment you lay eyes on her captors. Be strong, for her. Get all the intel you can on the place so that we can all go in and save her, together."
See, he could be diplomatic. He could tell that Palian wanted to but heads with Ryo on sheer principle, but even the demon agreed that rescuing Tsukiko was priority number one. For that alone, he could play nice with others. Everyone has their moments.
When he heard the breathy premonition, Nemo's eyes widened.
"We don't have much time."
A pounding echoed along the furbished hallway. The plush chairs the rested against the same wall, shuttered with each blow. Tsukiko's screams were muffled by the velvety carpet covered walls and the thick banisters stationed every few yards. An antique crystal chandelier jingled as it swayed from the feint vibrations. No one came to the door, no one answered her pleas, no one told her to be silent. The silence of no one was absolute. Wherever the bad guys were, they weren't guarding her doorway in that lavish hallway.

"I know what you're thinking, I'm not stupid....but this is the girl I love. She's all the family I have left and I'm all she had before we came here." Ryo said running his hand through his hair. "I remember a few weeks ago a certain lavender haired girl needing help." Turning one of his arm's into a scythe his scowl had returned. "You couldn't keep me here even if you wanted to." His smirked returned as he snapped his fingers. A pen and paper where summoned as he wrote a quick note before it folded into an airplane and flew off. "Sofie can talk things to life, I think she'd like to help." Taking another deep breath he looked at Alessa, knowing the girl didn't understand how he or Tsukiko felt. Nor would have these people.
His eyes widened in a single moment and he had to keep himself grounded not to run. "She....she's been screaming a good few minutes now...she saying the haven't come yet...she can't hear anything outside her cell door. No movement, no voices, the aren't telling her to shut up...."
"How fast can we leave." That was that, he was done talking to everyone. Tsukiko was in danger and he needed to leave now. By god he promise not to let anything hurt her ever again. Yet she kept getting hurt. If they did save her, if they could get her, he was more worried about her life after this. What did they have planned for her, why did they take her powers. Turning his arm back he messed with his collar. "It might also be good to find someone good with animals, a dog person would be good, a wolf person best. Perhaps someone who can translate for me. I'm not to sure I can still talk in that form. Not with out Tsukiko anyway."
