Katie glared at Kai though after Emily's words, she seemed to calm down. She seemed pissed at Kai for him not explaining properly..
Sasha smiled big and looked at Kai, "You need veapon? I got all kindz! Veaponz are my specialty. Lazerz eazy peazy." She pointed to herself and smiled happily, "Gunz are favorite... What you need? Follow me, I take you to my gunz.. Good place to sleep save too.. "

Kai grinned as Michal took the gun, "No problem.." he then looked at the woman called Sasha and shook his head, "No thank you...I have what I want in my bag...and I don't trust weapons that I haven't put together myself. Did that once and I ended up half dead." Kai said with a half smile.

Cooper, in the meanwhile, was lazing back in his office chair. With him, his .357 with it's rounds scattered along his desk. Slowly re-loading the gun while staring at his own reflection was the only point of excitement he had for the entire day. Not just because he enjoyed looking at himself, but he also enjoyed loading the most powerful-and legal-handung on the market.

Sasha laughed, "A man after my own heart! I have many assembled guns to chooze from az well.. You see. You will like.. You are much like me!" She laughed another hearty laugh.
Kate continued to glare at Kai, not taking her eyes off him at all.. She seemed to not want him near the area for a while lest she fulfill her previous promises...

Kai's half smiled remained as he kept his gaze on Sasha, "Weather that is true or not..I'll only buy from people I've known and come to trust in my old..job.." Kai had noticed Katie's glare but ignored it for the moment as he got up, going over and shifting through his bag, his right hand twitching slightly as he did so.

"Zen perhaps we must get together and become well known!" Though Sasha was quite forward, her face blushed a little as she spoke. She teased a little making herself blush a little more, "My bed or yours?" She sat next to Kai, though left enough space for him to move around and not make him too uncomfortable. She then quietly stated as a fact. "I like you. You are good. You make good husband in future." Though whether she meant that he was to become her husband or just in general was left very vague.
Katie's glare became more intense the more he seemed to not be bothered by it.

Kai glanced at Sasha and raised a brow as he got a bottle of pills out, taking two as he got up and put the bottle away. "Personally I don't plan on settling down for a few years..." he said as he sifted through the bag again, this time to get a handgun since he gave his other one to Michal. "Anyway...it looks like Katie isn't very happy with me at the moment so I think I'm going to keep watch..outside.." he said as he headed to the door and left the hideout, going to the treeline and leaning against a tree as he glared at his shaking hand once he was out of their sight.

It seemed Sasha had followed him rather quietly. When he stared at his shaking hand, she patted his back. "I'm not ready to settle down completely az well. I just left my country to make a peaceful life, but to me, it was too quiet. You are not like the others.. Not just physically.. What was your past like?" Her face showed genuine concern. She really seemed to like Kai..

Kai clenched his hand into a fist in attempt to both hide and stop the shaking, then put his hand in his pocket. He'd flinched a bit at Sasha's touch and closed his eyes, "..my past is not something I like to speak about..too little good mixed in with the bad." he said simply, getting slightly paranoid from her close attention after such a brief time of meeting.

Sasha sighed, "There are many who have such a darkened past. I do not judge. Mine may be the darkest of all.. It iz not gud not gud at all. When you share yours perhaps I share a little of mine. If I tell all, you'd not think highly of me at all. The dark past is very shameful indeed." She paused for a moment. "You'd think of me like dir--" Sasha fell over coughing up a bit of blood, before falling semi-unconscious. If Kai inspected her, he may be lucky enough to notice a very tiny hole in the back of her jacket near there area where one of her lungs were---though just missing the heart by no less than two inches. It was clear she had been the target. It was also clear that whoever shot her could be miles away. And even more clear, that for this type of skill--if Kai knew about sniping--it was a warning shot. Sasha continued to moan in pain as she spoke in her native tongue, quietly though between laboured breaths.. "Oni nashli menya .. YA nikogda ne budet polnostʹyu besplatnym." She also repeated over and over, "Oni nashli menya ..!"
Translation for reference: "They have found me.. I will never be free." "They have found me ..!"

Kai was only half listening to Sasha, he didn't really want to know anyone's past...he learned that knowing such things would be a mental weight on another. The faint sound of a flying bullet was something he was trained to hear and when Sasha fell Kai quickly shifted and checked her pulse first. He recognized the signs of a sniper shot and suddenly turned and shot one in the direction of where the bullet came from..his own warning that he could play that game too. "Sasha, try to stay awake..we're going back inside to patch you up.." he said as he carefully picked her up, bridal-style considering the snipers skill and he location of the wound. Kai was using his own body to shield her from further shots as he ran back to the hideout.

Sasha smiled slightly-trying to console him even though she was the one wounded, and spoke a bit in English though she seemed to repeat herself in Russian. "It is not my first time being shot. YA ne dumayu, chto oni naĭdut menya tak skoro .. I did not think they would find me so soon. " Though it seemed that simply breathing hurt, speaking clearly hurt a lot worse, but it was helping her keep conscious. "Yesli ya umru, take me to my guns.. Vy i vashi druzʹya mogut vse eto .." Just before Kai reached the door, Sasha coughed up more blood and started to fade into unconscious, though she truly fought to stay awake. "YA lyublyu tebya, Leiot. I love you, Leiot..YA lyublyu tebya...-"

"Stop talking and save your strength, you can explain later." Kai said as he went inside, using his shoulder to open the door then kicking it shut after he was in. He quickly brought Sasha over to a free bed near where her weapons were, then went and got the med supplies from his bag. He used a knife to quickly cut the jacket and shirt so he could get at the wound. Sasha's words had made him pause briefly, but he pushed that aside for now and tried to focus on the gunshot wound.
"Nobody goes outside.....there's a sniper in the area."
((btw, did the bullet go through or does Kai have to do surgery?))

((It didn't go through, it's stuck just barely piercing one side of the lung kinda wedged, so he'll have to be extremely careful..))
When Kai cut Sasha's coat and shirt off, he'd quickly notice that this wasn't her first wound. Her back was scarred from what was probably from torture from her past.
