 Teyha Lockra
Mordok placed a hand on Teyha's head, stroking her hair idly again for a moment. "From what I hear he's a good man." he told her with a chuckle, and handed the leash over to Zyriga with a nod of his head. "Cal has my account number, transfer the money in." He said with a wave of his hand, turning to leave the shop.
Teyha stood quietly and watched Zyriga for a moment. "I'll be your slave if you follow my two condition." She said at last, her voice soft and thoughtful. "But, if you break the conditions then I go into the cages and stay there until a nice master comes along." She smiled slightly then, and extended her hand, "Is it a deal?"

Zyriga Angro:The Shopkeeper Zyr blinks and he looks at the outstretched hand and then at her. He felt as if he was being tested. After looking a moment he crosses his arms and he smiles. "I find it interesting you're trying to negotiate with me when you're still the slave." He shrugs his shoulders and keeps his eyes on her
"While I feel capable myself of honoring the condition of being what you define as a nice master, it's no reason to blur the line between master and slave. I think that if you have to attempt to bind your own master with a handshake then you shouldn't bother presenting the conditions. If you don't have the faith in me that I'm going to be the master you would like to find then seek another."

 Teyha Lockra
Teyha withdrew her hand when the shopkeeper spoke again, raising an eyebrow at him. "Would you trust someone with your life, less than a minute after meeting them?" She asked with a smile. "It'd be no different if I was in the cage, just a few minutes to get to know them before I am sold." Her lips quirk up slightly, and she shifts her weight and folds her arms, still weighing her options.
Teyha just wasn't the kind of person to jump into things blindly. The shopkeeper certainly seemed nice, and intelligent by the way he spoke with her... But she knew better than most how misleading a first impression can be.
"I don't believe I am asking for much." She said after a moment. "Don't hit me hard enough to leave a mark, and do not ask for..." She paused, and made a slight face. "Any favors I would be unwilling to give. Other than that I will be obedient."

Zyriga Angro:The Shopkeeper Zyriga nod acknowledging her point she brought up about only having short moments to decide on whether the person viewing and interacting with them is someone they want to trust their lives with. " I suppose...and when if comes down to it being with me...there's more unknowns there than a master I have to look at and make sure I keep my word to a reliable associate that I would find a nice master for you"
He sighs softly and thinks it out...he had no problem with her conditions, especially since she stated them now. Though he wasn't exactly sure about her second condition. He had an idea from the way she said it, but he still was non too sure. But if it was what he was thinking it wasn't on his mind when he thought about getting her for himself.
"Alright I can handle those conditions...you have my word...on this opening day"

 Teyha Lockra
Teyha gave a smile and relieved sigh when he agreed to the terms, and she gave him a very low bow. "Then I am yours, Master." She said a cheerful note in her voice now. It was certainly well beyond her expectations to have the first master she encounters agree to buy her, and she smiled to herself, convinced that her luck was changing for the better.
"What duties will I have as your slave?" She asked curiously, "I don't think the slaver mentioned, but I'm a white witch, so if the shop is in need of a medic, that suits my talents very well."

Zyriga Angro:The Shopkeeper Zyr could hear the happiness in her voice when she declared herself to him. He liked the smile she had on her face and hoped that he would be able to see it much more often. It just didn't suit her too much to be so....much like him maybe?
Either way, when she mentioned her healing abilities he nodded knowing that would come in great use with the slaves that would come in hurt or get hurt for one reason or another. "I think a medic would be great to have in here. Also since I'm just getting the place started here...I think another set of eyes and arms would be nice just generally for here. Until I can get a good grasp on how often what needs to be taken care of here just bear with me. I may be calling you quite a bit. This also depends on how much customers we wind up getting. "

Teyha Lockra Teyha listened carefully to his instructions, and nodded, still smiling to herself. "I'll be able to help with moving and cleaning, but some of the heavier items I might need help with. I could use my magic to move it, but it's never wise to over do magic use." She told him, and clapped her hands together once with a slight bounce. Her mood was alright much brighter than when she was brought in, clearly delighted by the turn of events. She moved around the room, and ran a finger over the counter. A thin layer of dust had settled on the surface, but wasn't too unkept, all things considered.
After a moment she spotted a note, and tilted her head to read it to herself.'Zyriga,
I cannot disclose the full reason for my disappearance, but I leave the shop to you. The slaves have been moved to a shop for a few days, until you get there and settle in, they will be moved back once everything in in order.
Cal.' Teyha blinked, 'well that explains why the cages are empty...' She mused with a smile. She tucked her hands into the deep sleeves of her baggy jacket, and kept walking. "This will be a lot of work." She said after a moment. "Were should we begin?"

Zyriga Angro:The Shopkeeper Zyr smiled seeing her nonverbal expression her eagerness to show support and her generally happy she was in. He looked around and sighed softly. "Well I already got my office started and I found out that the orders for food and supplies, tools and such are in effect. A lot of those will be coming in within the next two days. So the main focus is to have this place organized so we will know where we should put everything. The food had a walk-in kitchen-like area. The supplies area is looking pretty rough so we'll need to probably try that area first...get rid of whatever's broke and disposable"
He sighs softly and he glances over at Teyha before offering her a smile "We'll take care of this no problem"

Teyha Lockra Teyha nodded, and picked up several sheets of paper and a pen, "Then I'll go into the supply room and get to work. I'll label what we have, and move anything that looks unusable to the corner, alright?" She asked, already starting to work. She paused briefly at the door, and gave the shopkeeper one more kind smile. "I know we'll take care of it, I have absolutely no doubt."
She disapeared into the storeage room with that, and started checking off on the list. Most things were in fairly good condition, excluding a few items that looked worn. It seemed Cal took good care of the shop while he was in control, but many items where thrown out of place... As though he had packed in a hurry and did not have the time to organize again.

Zyriga Angro:The Shopkeeper He smiles seeing her jump right to work after another nice refreshing smile from her. He looked at his belted left arm and he cracks his knuckles before he walks his way to the food area with his own bunch of paper and a pen from his pocket. He notes the amount of food that was good and he looked through the kitchen supplies and he saw some supplies were low in number, so he jotted down a note to order more of whichever little dish, silverware, or utensil he needed.
Once he got the orders taken care of. Everything that was dirty he filled up some clean hot water and he rewashed everyhing in a series of many loads in the dishwasher while he wiped the interior and exterior to the cabinets, cupboards, and counter tops. He tossed out some boxed for the trash and he cleaned out drink and water dispensers, placing an order for a new filter. This was a lot of work he could tell.

Teyha Lockra After a few minutes in the storage room Teyha gave an aggrivated sigh. She pulled off her loose coat and hung it over the doorframe, rolling up her long sleeves to keep them out of the way. With the loose clothes out of the way Teyha continued her work, sorting and sifting through piles of mechendice that was scattered through the room.
After what felt like hours everything was boxed. She everything in the labeled bins, and checked the inventory on the list accordingly. She gave a tired sigh and stepped out of the room, closing the door securely behind her. She set the list on Zyriga's desk, and walks into the kitchen, where the shopkeeper was putting away the last of the dishes. "I have everything marked." She told him, grabbing a wash cloth from the counter to begin dusting. "The list is on your desk, in case you wanted to check what we're low on."

Zyriga Angro:The Shopkeeper "Alright I'll do that once I finish up here" Zyr replies as he continued the kitchen.
Needless to say the process of getting the place thoroughly clean took several hours and several breaks. But at nightfall they finished having the place cleaned and reorganized. Now they were just going to have to straighten out the orders that would come in the new two days as well as the ones he was going to have to wait for that he would put in tomorrow as well.
"Well the place looks great... I'm ready to close things up here. You did great Teyha...thanks a lot for being so cooperative" He said lightly before placing a hand on her shoulder and sighing softly."Hopefully that's as busy as we'll have to be for a while....but I doubt it once the other slaves come back"

Marie was confused. She looked straight through the empty field in the dark, wondering how she got here, Marie walked forward and looked around. Before she knew it someones hands were around her from behind. He kissed her cheek, then turned her head and pressed his lips against hers. She couldn't see who it was but she felt warm inside when he kissed her.
But, then she woke up. Marie yawned and sat up, stretching her arms into the air. She glanced around the shop and noticed someone else was running the shop rather then Cal. Cal must be out today, she figured. Marie yawned again and crossed her legs indian style, waiting to be bought.. or not bought. Either way there wasn't much she could do. She imagined running from this life style, getting away from this. Wondering if she could feel love in real life like she did in her dreams. But then she remembered all of her injuries from past masters just from little things like not waking up on time and her daydreams faded away.

Sasha Elliot Knite "Life is not a game.. For boys and girls to play..'Sasha's golden red eyes scanned the quickly changing room. She felt almost lost though she was obviously in a tiny cage. She closed her glowing eyes and took a breath, small puffs of smoke trailed from her soft nose. Her thick fox-like tail flicked uncomfortably as she looked around. "Goodness." She muttered with a tone, a bit hotter than her usual. She slid over to the from of her cage, peering out, looking at those she could hear talking off to the side, though she really did not feel up to joining it, and she had just then gained any desire to listen in. She angled her ears over toward the talking creatures. She noticed something a bit strange, the 'voice of dominion' was no longer Cal's, it was someone else. She looked around, finally spotting the male who seemed to be checking everything out. Eventually she would feel the desire to torment him on something, but then was not now.
She let out a bored yawn, her hand rubbing her stomach region in small circles. She could feel it grumble in hunger. She looked around and sniffed the air, it didn't seem to be time for any kind of meal, but that happened occassionally. At that moment, she began wishing to see the daylight, or whatever light showed outside the barrier of the shop. She yawned again and looked around carefully, observing any off motions around that room.
Of course, her stomach would communicate with her nose and pick up a foul stench of a large rat. A LARGE rat indeed. She smiled and turned her head. A large, large rat.. in her cage! What a lucky day for her, not so much for the rat though. Oh, poor little thing.. You must now enter my stomach and satisfy my ravenous hunger. She stated happily in her mind. She looked to her hands, forming it into a paw with her long sharp claws out and ready for attack.
With one quick swipe, she snatched the rat from the dusty ground and crushed it in her paw. Her paw returned to it's human form. She smiled and sniffed the stench of the rat. Warm blood trailed down her arm. Finally... She nearly gagged at the scent of the sweet blood, a real meal- it had been a prize indeed. She sighed before slicing it open and ripping out pieces and chewing them quickly. The rat's blood covered her cheeks as she took her bites, her chin dripped of the red liquid. She swallowed and smiled dreamily. She was in certain heaven at that time. Her previous lost feelings faded quickly.
Her eyes opened slowly and she wiped her mouth with her arm, licking off whatever she collected before she continued eating the rat, the smell of iron filled rat blood scented the room pleasantly to those who enjoyed such a smell, to others- not so much. 'And simply change the rules.. When it don't turn out your way..'

Conroy woke up shortly after Sasha had and tried to get a grasp on his surroundings in this half-aware haze. What he noticed first not Cal's abscence, but the smell of blood and...something else partiularly foul that he couldn't distinguish. This made his stomach rumble slightly. For now though, he ignored the slight hunger and continued to search for anybody that wasn't stuck inside a cage. He thought he saw Kaura and Cal, but as his eyes fully adjusted to the light, he noticed they were two unfmiliar figures. Beyond them though, Conroy couldn't seem to find any other masters that might offer him a way out of, what he thought be, this god-forsaken hellhole. So instead he just slumped down at the back of the cage, quite bored.
