"Then we better get dressed before we change our minds," he purred. Rather suddenly, he let her go and stood up from the couch for a good stretch. Better to act casual than sit around mourning the loss of what could have been.
"I'll go get showered and try to dress in something that isn't a suit, and you could just go as you are if you'd like..." Damian gave her a wink before padding off to his room. As he went, he passed by Richard's to which he yelled,
"Sorry about that, mate! Heat of the moment, you know." But there was a bragging tone to the words. Damian knew he'd never get so far with Lorey... she was far too reserved, what with her mother's past and all.

Raquel smiled widely as he took off, following suite. She came up behind him, smacking him playfully as he teased Richard. "Oh hush you, You know Ricard's too much of a gentleman to pull anything on such a sweet girl Like Lorey..." She laughed, hugging him from behind. She wasn't saying that Damian was any less of a gentleman than Richard was...he was just hornier.
She kissed him recklessly on the back of the neck before heading off to her own room, disappearing into the doorway so she could change.
Richard had simply been changing out of his wet clothes into soemthing more comfortable, trying to forget the little moment he caught the other two in. At the sound of Damian's voice he nearly tripped again, but laughed when Raquel poked fun back at Damian. "Hey, but when I do get to that point with her, I'll be we actually go all the way!" He retorted, hoping to strike a nerve in Damian's frustrated little body.

"And the children will be beautiful, I'm sure!" Damian cried before his door shut and he went off to the shower.
Even though their moment had been obliterated, it was nice to know Richard could laugh about it with him, even fight back with wit. Damian may always have harbored rough feelings towards him, but there was something like friendship blossoming.
Still, he had to imagine Richard was right. If Lorey did go that far...
But he couldn't think of it.
It was time to go out with Raquel, dressed in baggy jeans, a fitted blue shirt, and sandals. He felt... trendy. Normal, even. Well dressed, but comfortable.
Was this how the world felt every day?

Raquel slipped on some tight, but not skin tight skinny jeans, a simple white t shirt with a army green bomber over it in case the rain was a bit chilly, and a simple pair of strapy sandals that had a little bit of a heel, but still held a casual look. She threw her hair into a messy low pony tail, letting a few strands fall around her face as she grabbed her old bag from her street days. It was just a simple canvas bag that looked homely and poor with her 'street walker' clothes, but somewhat stylish with the ensemble she had on now. She felt she looked rather lovely, even putting on a small dash of make up to give her pale face some color.
Once ready she headed out to the living room to meet Damian again. "Wow....You look somewhat normal...I mean, You know, middle class but still stylish?" She offered, though felt it was a weak compliment. She laughed, annoyed at herself, shaking her head. "You look good." She summed up, looking down and still smiling.

"Really?" Damian had been fiddling with his phone when she had come out looking lovely as always. Her compliment made him feel more secure, that was for sure.
"So it's all... alright? Casual, I mean?"
Really the only reason why he'd dressed in clothes that practically felt like pajamas to him was so he could be seen with Raquel. They would appear normal, and anyone who recognized him would do so because of his face, not wearable wealth.

Raquel laughed a little more, taking his arm and tiptoeing only slightly to kiss his cheek. "Yes. You don't look a thing like the Damian Centurion I met outside of that hotel..." She smiled dreamily, unconsciously fixing his hair, and just generally fussing over him. "Though there's nothing wrong with that one, nor this one." She smiled warmly, standing in front of him, cocking her head and making sure his shirt was straight.

He laughed as she fixed his shirt and hair, and fussed. She had nothing wrong with her, that was for sure.
"Am I alright now?"
Seeing that he was, Damian tugged his casual coat from the back of the couch. It was a simple tan coat, nothing too special though it was made with a very supple and soft material much like suede. Overall, he looked very stylish, but still rather normal.
No one would suspect him at all.
"Your chariot awaits, my good lady," he said with a grand gesture towards the front of the house. "Assuming Richard didn't total it the last time he went out."

"I heard that!" Richard called, coming down the hall way in his pajamas, observing the food the others had left on the coffee table. "I'll have you know I'm a damn good driver." He added, through a mouth full of slightly cold hash browns. "Mm, Hope you dont mind I finish up your little...pre-frisky meal...." He added, lifting a biscuit to wave them off.
Raquel blushed but smiled shaking her head. "Just dont make a mess..." She scolded jokingly like a mother as she turned to the door to leave.

As Damian and Raquel were heading out the door, a little slightly wet Lorey came inching past through the door. She'd walked home with the umbrella, which at one time or another turned inside out on her, exposing her to the rain and making her look a little messy.
"Whew..." she said, waving to the leaving couple. "I tell you, I should invest in a hover bus pass or something... walking home was terrible."
Lorey came in to see Richard eating, and smiled. "How was your walk home?"

Raquel waved and smiled as she let Damian lead her out the door and into the rain. "Ah it is a bit chilly..." she noted, grasping his arm a little tighter.
Richard waved them off as well, standing to greet Lorey. "Ah by the looks of it, my walk was jstu as wet...I'm sorry the umbrella didn't help too much." He furrowed his brow offering her some of the food layed out before them if she wanted.
"...Though I must say...My arrival was...quite interesting..." He raised his eyebrows, pursing his lips as he tried to forget the little incident earlier.

"Oh the umbrella was fine... it was the wind! Turned it inside out twice, and battered me."
Lorey came over to the cold food and stole a bit of sausage. Even though they'd eaten not too long ago, she was feeling a little hungry. She looked up to Richard with curious eyes before snatching something else off of a plate.
"What made it so interesting?"

Richard laughed nervously standing to give her a welcome home kiss. "Lets just say I walked in on....a little wrestling match....with hardly any clothes..." He winced and shivered a little, trying to block it out as his face still turned red from the memory.

A little choking sound escaped her as she swallowed her food.
"Damian... and Raquel?" But of course it was them, who else would it be? Lorey began laughing nervously as his face turned red. That blush was enough of an answer.
"Well... did you really interrupt them or were they... not..." Again she laughed. It was always awkward for her to talk about these things, even if she wasn't the one who had seen anything and was only hearing it from Richard.

"Ah, Hm, yea they were just about to um..." He looked awkward but amused with himself for having trouble explaining something he himself had done many times in the past. "Er- but Damian seemed pretty pissed, but good natured about it later..." He added, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

"I guess that's good?" Lorey tiptoed to kiss him again. It was wonderful to be home, but she was soaked...
"You know, there's a small fireplace over here... we should get it going and curl up. I'm soaking wet and freezing." Her hands brought his face down to her so she could rub her cold face against his with a smile. "Sound good?"
