So, recently my town had an Irish festival--and of course, I didn''t eat half the food because the majority of irish cuisine involves lamb and corned beef.

BUT, since it was all around Irish influence, there was a small vendor with some Celtic pagan artifacts: old amulets, candles; small but pretty things I would have liked to put on my alter.

I had no money though gonk eating was more important.
I went to a Renassance(sp?) Faire this past Saturday, and I thought there was going to be a lot of Pagan stuff everywhere; surprisingly, it was just Mideval stuff.

It was refreshing. biggrin
Renaissance. It''s French for re-birth
You know I'll only remember the meaning and the spelling, right? sweatdrop

I'm glad I took 5 years of AP french? xd
But at the Irish Festival (HOLY CRAP FLOGGING MOLLY PLAYED THERE THE SECOND DAY FOR ONLY 5 BUCKS A PERSON =D) I managed to find a little silver pentagram charm, so now this hemp necklace I've been working on is complete ^_^

Sounds great! Flogging Molly heart - ahem, sorry, got a little carried away there...
There are some great new age/pagan/wiccan gatherings over here in England, I was in a play so I couldn''t catch one I was planning on going to with a friend, but I''m going next year.

They used something liek that on an old Star Track episode to destroy I giant computer-thingy, with a guy who's consider to "always lie". So he made the statement, "I'm lying."

Bugged the computer out. whee

I always loved mind-teasers like that! I always loved riddles and the like, so I loved getting my hands on something to wrap my brain around (such as shows like Case Closed [a.k.a. Detective Conan]).

I love to solve a mystery. It's just plain fun! Also, I looooooooooooooved the movie SAW for that reason. Has anyone else seen that?! You need to whee [/weirdramblings]

OMG, I just got back from a trip to a museum. They had an exhibit on loan from another museum on the Roman-Gaul period. They ahd all this art from the period, including countless religious statues. I was staring at them like "You're not even my patron god/goddess and I still want you..."
