(( sorry, i couldnt wait. ive got to go in a bit, later all.))
Shea blinked in shock, the air knocked out of her when she had hit the ground. looking up at the other wolf she slowly sat up, her ears droping in a sign of respect. im sorry.. im on edge, the hunters are moveing and i havent had rest for a good while.. i didnt think. bowing her head she was sure to keep it lower than the other wolf's, makeing her way back into the underbrush. she felt foolish.. almost attacking a human. she would get a good bruiseing for that. dreading the idea she let out one low woof, then was gone as quickly as she had come.

Chole yelped, suprised at the impact. Her head was confused for a few seconds before she realized that Mide and Tate were not in her arms. Panic rose through her body. She scrambled to her feet and looked eagerly for them. She spotted them a short foot away from her. She scooped them up and cuddled them to her chest.

Chloe knelt her mind was spinning as she watched the she wolf leave. The wolf who had been talking to her didn't seem to move until the other had gone. She breathed in awe. "I had no idea. . . " The pups whined and tried to burry into her chest. "Why didn't you tell me?"

shakeing his head he looked at her from dark eyes, relaxing as the other wolf left. takeing a breath he shifted again, standing still as he listened. " because, sometimes its safer to look before you leap." steping forward he crouched next to her, his blind fold once again firmly in place. "now.. what did you want with a wolf again?" there was amusement in his voice, a slight grin turning up the corners of his mouth.

She couldn't help but smile as he did. She caught herself and tried to look serious again. "Well. . . You see. . . . I . . . Uh. . . Want to be. . one. . . " She blushed knowing she sounded like some sort of fangirl. "You see. . . My father was turned into one. He had to leave when I was little and I've always wanted to be back with him. He has a big family now. Though it's called a pack technically. And Mide and Tate need a pack. Not a human to take care of them." She frowned as they began to settle down. "I'm not good enough to be thier family like this. If I was a were, I could take care of them. I would have a family again. . . ." She knew this were wouldn't be interested in her story.

Eric shruged, slightly amused. " in that case, my name is Eric." sitting down he stretched, adding. " and i think i can relate to the family thing. my pack is odd.. but it is still my family." the silent message after that was clear. and ill kill anyone who trys to hurt them. relaxed, he simply said. " you would trust a wolf to turn you without killing you. so i will trust you to survive the turning." leaning forward he scratched Mide's ear, helping calm the pup. " when do you wish to be turned?"

She understood his threat. Knowing his feelings on protecting his pack, Chloe hugged the pups closer to her and let out a small motherly growl. Suprised, shejumped a bit and covered her mouth. "i'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that. . . I've been with these two for too long, I've forgotten how to express things in a human way." Chloe retreated into her thoughts for a few seconds. Excitment made her heart pound fast. she'd been waiting for this xhance for years! She thought of all the things she have to to. "What would changing be like? . . . I mean what does it feel like foe the first time? Do I know what's going on?" She kissed the tops of the pups heads. Mide rested against her but Tate was squirming out of her arms. She let the male pup go. She knew he was at that age where he needed to eplore. A thought popped into her head and melded with her heart making it plummet down. "Will I be dangerous?. . " All excitement was gone. "Who will look after the pups while I'm learning? what if I hurt them? . . . " Mide licked her chin and whinned, uneasy at the change in Chole's emotions. She sighed. She was being silly. She could never hurt them. They would be her family now. The excitement roared back making her breath catch in her throat. "When ever you are ready." She said decisively. Her gaze was stead as she examined Eric. He looked capable of doing it. "I want us to be part of your pack."

"im a viking wolf.. you will turn, and have control." because of his age. the older the wolf, the stronger their changelings were. " it will be odd the first time, a bit painful if you fight it.. but after that it is easy, freedom in a single form." leaning back he offered her his hand, saying softly. " Hawk will accept you and your cubs. as will the others." if he was doing it, it would have to be soon.

Chloe smiled and placed her hand in his. "I'm ready then." Butterflies floated around her stomach. 'Finally.' a calm voice in her head spoke. She nodded to herself and waited for instructions.

tilting his head to the side he tugged her hand, pulling her with him down the trail. " i cant turn you in the open. the safest place for you and the cubs is the wolf dens."
