Elena shook her head.
"I guess I'm just the type of person who believe that even if you have your bad sides, there's always some good in you as well."

Elena lifted her hand, and waved to at Kat, indicating that she wanted her to come over to her.

With another swift, split second movement, Kat leapt from her branch and next to Elena, still keeping that short distance between them. She looked at her questioningly.

Elena moved a bit closer to Kat.
"Even if you keep denying it, I still believe you're not as bad a person as you try to convince me that you are."

Kat sighed and stared at Elena.
"Do you want to know the whole story of this god foresaken facility since it got rebuilt?"

Elena stared at Kat for a moment, a bit confused at the apparent change of topic.
"Well. I guess it wouldn't be such a bad idea to catch up on all the events I've missed. If you don't mind, that is?"

"Well I've been here since near beginning so it'll give you an idea of what I've been like. Now... let me think.. I'll admit, my memory sucks a**." Kat went deep into thought for a moment before speaking once more.
"Koth is, was, still is? I don't know, well, the DRKNRGY host and basically would come into the new facility and cause small bits of danger. Infected Nalini and trained her up as his apprentice..." At this, Kat growled deeply but wouldn't say why. "In an attempt to balace the NRGY out, the captain gave me LGHTNRGY and, in another experiment in attempt to sort this out, and with the help of Nalini, gave me DRKNRGY... Causing the middle ground and uber strength of GRYNRGY..."

Elena shook her head in confusion.
"This is going to make me sound ancient, but all the NRGY-stuff happened after I was frozen down. So I have no clue what it's all about. The only thing I remember about DRKNRGY, was something with it being related to the Zurgs. And that was back during Halloween.. uh.. 2k6, I believe."
She thought for a moment.
"What are you trying to get at though?"

"I've no idea how each NRGY was created - 'cept GRY - but anyways... Guess I was supposed to be used as a weapon or something and well..." Once more, Kat paused and found it hard to think. "I just know I soon wanted to join Koth and in fights I was torn between the right things and wrong things. So Koth was killed, DRK vanished, and yet I used LGHT for bad things, I think... Um... Something... Then I brought Koth back, trading my LGHT for DRK. And we're up to date."

Elena looked up at the sky, and closed her eyes.
"While I can't tell how it is to have the energies inside you, I know what you mean about being torn between doing right and wrong."
She turned her head and looked at Kat again.
"You see. I was part of an experiment which was created in a try to create immortality, and endless power. I don't remember much from around the time the experiments were still ongoing but.."
She took a moment to think things through.
"You know Raven? The ghost of the facility? She was part of the same project as I. MK look at her as a threat as far as I can tell. However.. I'm never sure if I'm on her side, or MK's.."

"Who doesn't know Raven b***h?" Kat laughed. "But yea, I kinda figured what had been going on. So I guess we're kinda similar. Both kind of experiments here at some point. But still... With Raven? She's a hard one. One moment I like her, next I hate her. She's frozen me several times and s**t, but did help bring back Koth... So I owe her."

"Yeah. The two of us have a lot more in common than what you might think at first glance."
She thought a bit.
"I don't beleive Raven is as bad a person as everyone think she is. Although I can't tell. All my memories of her when she was still alíve, seem to have vanished.. Not that it matters though. My objective is to find her, and figure what it is she's up to. Hopefully that will help me fill in the holes in my memory as well.."
Elena looked at Kat again.
"You know what Kat? As ridiculous as this might sound at first, I think the two of us might have the possibility of becoming good friends."

"I don't like the term... friends... It just leads to pain eventually, can't be avoided." Kat shrugged. "And as for Raven? Guess she's like me. That little bit of good yet bad too. I can't help it if I love to see chaos and s**t."
