I've seen bits of it before, or at least I remember parts of it, I'm still pretty clueless as to whats really going on. sweatdrop It's a promotional piece for Vespa mopeds and Gibson guitars. We already have half a dozen Gibsons. sweatdrop Series is about puberty. With that in mind, it (almost) makes sense.

I'm watching a version where all the references are explained by the translators, tho that doesn't help much as I still need to google those. sweatdrop I think I'll watch Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt instead.
