Wally_West I don't mind 'im as long as he keeps his psychosis to himself... Hopefully he keeps the Linda business to himself. He has nothing compared to the stories I could tell. xd

Part of the hook of the storyline is that he didn't take it off. He only showed his face to a few people, who recognized it as an older Wally, and took him on his word to trust him.

Blue eyes, buzz haircut, face scar.
Mark Waid, in a fit of "nothing better to do" decided to create a hypertime explanation for why the colorists screwed up sometimes and gave Wally blue eyes.... xp
Short: His eyes were blue in the Silver age and they recolored them post-crisis to differentiate between him and Barry, but the colorists often got it wrong.
Long: Hypertime.......... stressed
