Bobby wasn't so sure she was very glad of the chip in her neck. It had been pretty powerful in that storm, and she hadn't deserved such abuse... at least, she didn't think she did. Instead, the woman chose not to comment on that. Though, she was relieved that no one was injured... they'd have to work a little bit on Pyroth's walking skills.
"Pfht!" The pig half snorted, half gauffed. "Nurse Bobby had nothing to do with it. You need to walk, now one foot first...." The woman took a step and aided the coyote in his own walking. He'd have to put some effort into it. She couldn't do it all -thought it might have been easier considering her was just a pack of skin and bones... her blood was circulating just fine. "We should probably feed you too..." Bobby half-murmured.

Pyroth found walking hard enough at the best of times and after having lain in the one position for hours in the damp it was harder than ever. Part of him wanted to just drop down and walk on all fours but even he knew that despite that impulse, it would only make things harder. He didn't like being reliant on others or a burden and quickly forced himself to put the effort into walking, attempting to take the hassle off of Bobby.
"Food?" he considered it, he really was hungry even if a little nauseous and hunting was out of the question. "Sounds like a plan." Water was definately in order too, his mouth tasted terrible
He walked for a bit, trying to force some movement into his legs, fully concentrating on what he was doing but as he got more into a stride he spoke again.
"Bet I totally ruined your trip to the river."

That was settled! "We'll go towards where I've been for the past couple days. I stole in one night and got some food. You are welcome to share." Bobby lead Pyroth back along the river, back to where she had stayed the last couple of nights.
At the mention of ruining her trip, the pig couldn't help but laugh, "No, I was just swimming around. I had nothing planned and don't feel ready to go back to the Village quite yet."

Pyroth smirked gratefully, if there was one thing he could count on Bobby to have near to hand it was food and good food too. "You've been living out here?" he said surprised "I suppose it's warm enough and all. Truth be told I've considered moving out of my duplex and into the jungle a lot lately, never have been able to though. Guess I'm too attached to my creature comforts. Like a bed. And art materials." He chuckled "Despite these paws I can still draw a bit."
He stepped carefully over a fallen branch and added "If I change any more than this I'll leave it behind but for now I spend most nights indoors."
He didn't ask what had driven Bobby out into the jungle in the first place, not wanting to bring up the Billy incident if he could avoid it.
"I hate swimming, you have /no/ idea how long this fur takes to dry. That and I couldn't swim well to begin with."

Bobby shrugged, careful not to dislodge the coyote. "Kind of. I've only been out here a couple nights.... and it isn't nearly as long as before. Every time, though, I go back to my duplex. Everything is still there that I brought from home. Plus, if I have to stay here, I might as well use some of the the doctor's money."
"You'll have to show me some artwork," the woman smiled down at her charge. "I've always been a sucker for such things!"
They walked a little further. It really wasn't far at all. There was a small area where grass was pressed down, though thuroughly padded with grass and leaves, and the strap of a bag could be seen from a nearby bush. "Here we are, you can rest now." Slowly, the pig helped the coyote only what had been her 'bed' for the past few nights as she went over to grab the bag of food and other supplies.

Pyroth sat down carefully, glad to get off of his feet, flicking his tail around to rest by his side. He grinned "I'm the same, I take so much expensive alcohol from the beach bar I must cost the labs a fortune. It's not like they are hard for cash anyway."
He nodded and flicked his tail "My art's okay, not fantastic though, Khan was usually the one who did the tattoo designs, I just transferred them onto the customer."
He looked around where he was sitting cautiously "You get some majorly huge bugs in this place." he wouldn't readily admit it but some of the insects in the jungle really set him on edge.

Bobby brought the bag over and sat by Pyroth. She rummaged in it for a moment. Handing him a tuna sandwich and a bottle of water, the woman set to work with her own injury. Punching the door had not been a good idea. It had sliced her knuckles open. Despite her keeping it bandaged, when she unwrapped her hand, the joints were swollen and red... but not pussing which was a good sign.
"I'm sure you're art is better than you give it credit," the woman grinned. Since they weren't going anywhere for awhile, Bobby decided to leave her hand unbandaged, let it get some air. "I haven't noticed the bugs, quite honestly... but shouldn't you only have to worry about fleas?"

Pyroth eyed the tuna sandwich critically for just a moment before deciding that beggers couldn't be choosers and took a bite out of it. It wasn't what he had grown used to of late but nevertheless tasted pretty damn good to his hunger. "Thanks." he said as soon as he was good to talk again.
He caught the scent of her wounded knuckles before he actually spotted them, glancing over, looking concerned. "Ouch. I guessed you might have hurt yourself when you did that, just didn't think." He rummaged in his pockets and produced the anitbiotics he had picked up for his own injured shoulder, there were quite a few left. "If you haven't really been back to the villiage yet, these might be useful."
He grinned "Yeah, I /should/ only worry about the fleas, that doesn't mean I don't almost die a death when a giant hairy spider crawls past me."

Bobby hadn't been sure if Pyroth would appreciate the sandwich, but it really was the closest thing she had to raw meat. She was relieved when he ate the thing.
Not sure if Pyroth was being critical of her actions or now, the pig flashed her eyes at the coyote, wondering if he really was one to judge irrational actions. Bobby pushed the thoughts aside, Pyroth was her friend, he probably didn't mean it that way. "No, I haven't gotten any. Are you sure you don't need them anymore? My wound isn't nearly as serious as your own."
At the imagery of Pyroth freaking out and fainting at the sight of a 'giant hairy spider' didn't fail to make Bobby laugh. "I'm sure you'd scare the spider more that it scares you!"

The coyote dismissed her worries with a paw "Nah I don't need them, have another box in my duplex, thought I had better be safe than sorry. Took a leaf out of your bag of wonders. "
He tilted his head and feigned indignance. "I'm not /that/ bad. Well..maybe." One of the times he had been hunting he almost ran into a spider, skidded to a halt, spun around and ran off yelling in the opposite direction. He wasn't arachnophobic but it was amazing how disturbing giant hairy bugs could be.
He decided to just broach the subject he'd been avoiding after a bit, smiling warmly.
"By the way, your reaction to Billy a few days ago was the most magnificently composed one I've ever seen." he chuckled, meaning no harm of it "I can see why you were hired as a policewoman."

Bobby took the antibiotics and popped a couple pills in her mouth. It was better safe than sorry, and if she refused them, then, well... she wouldn't be any better than a hypocrit after bugging Pyroth about them. "Alright, only if you have more for yourself!"
The woman snickered again. She hadn't seen Pyroth and large, hairy spiders before, but now she wished there was one nearby.
After smiling a little, Bobby closed her eyes. It almost appeared painfully. "Well, usually I am a bit more tactful... but after Billy inked me... the pig took over." Opening her eyes, Bobby stared almost regretfully at Pyroth, "I'm sure you know how that is..."

New Rp
largest lake on Hell Island was quite near the village. ...It was as close as Em ever dared to go to it. The hedgehog girl had not purposefully shunned the surrounding jungle that circled the duplexes, but as the months wore on, she'd found herself more and more seldom gracing the edge of Moreau's mock-civilization. It was as if the meaning behind the village- Moreau's hypocritical, lying appeals to the islander's need for comfort- could not be contained by the clearing, but bled into the surrounding trees, as well. Emelyn had not consciously thought on it- but, suffice it to say, had spent her time further away from that which she had scorned... more so every day.
The lake washed away any thoughts- it was cool, shaded, and easy, nestled in the nook of the woods and mostly hidden from the open sky. Emelyn's jean bottoms were discarded at the water's edge- one of the new bikinis that Cass had brought her upon her now so furry form- a light, bluish grey- a color that matched the makeshift flint knife tucked into the side of her bikini bottom more than her eyes.

Alec had wandered along the edge of the river until it had begun to open up into a wider crevace in the earth. He was curious to watch the banks grow increasingly farther from eachother as he trudged on, so close to the water that his boots, too big for his feet, were sloshing in the saturated bankside and making amusing noises from the suction of the mud. The teen was almost surprised when he spotted a rather large lake ahead and grinning to himself, trotted on until he was on the shore.
"Cool." He smirked to himself, music blaring in his headphones. As he neared a particularly nice edge of the lakeside, he took off his shirt which had been itching him greatly recently, and boots. Oblivious to anyone nearby as he was expecting no one there, he took a seat and stuck his feet into the water. Reaching out, he scooped up a palmfull of water and let it run down the patches of skin on the back of his neck. Damn that felt a LOT better. Though the connection between the dry, grey skin and the aiding water was lost to him.

Emelyn came up from the water, tossing back those few, now-heavier spines that stuck to her forehead, and kicked her legs in an easy circle. Treading water was easier than narrowing her eyes at the bank and trying to recognize the man she saw, sitting there. She didn't even know if he had seen her yet- but she swam several feet nearer to him before his face, though changed from what it was now- blinked to recognition in her mind. He had been at the truth or dare beach party. In fact, they had spoken. ...Sort of.
"Just going to dip your toes?" Emelyn called to him.

Alec blinked in surprise, looking up at the furry girl as she swam nearer to him. He squinted, trying to recognize the face that was slightly muzzled and covered in fur, matted to her cheeks from the dampness. Her name wasn't coming to him but she seemed so familiar and generally harmless, oblivious to the fact that she was armed. "A' guess theh's no leeches?" The teen laughed nervously at his foolishness though her eyes made him relax for some reason. "A' was considerin."
