She looked at him, her face drawn tight as she tried to remain strong. She knew to get upset with the smaller ones close it would just scare them more. The tattered clan followed the man in and set about to making the children comfortaable so they could be looked over. Kai's limp form she held in her arms, unwilling to let go.

He spoke quietly with the children trying to assure then it will all be ok and everything will be normal soon. His wings were half golden now. The black and gold contrasting against one another

She triend to heal him, using her energy the best she could. It's seemed nothing was working, not her, Not the BOL. She was really going to loose him.

I know she won't... *He scratched between Kaze's ears, she was old enough to atleast grasp what was happening and her face of worry and concern showed it.

"If...Leon was...here....." As soon as she said it she remembered what evel he had done to the child in her arms and regretted it. All she knew was the golden threads may have worked.

"I...I...can't let go of him...I...won't." She looked at him, her eyes churning quickly. "Holding him keeps me.....focused." She knew he needed level ground, she just couldn't by her own valition, let him go.

I don't know a mother's hurt but I'm his Daddy and I know how you feel but we don't know about any internal injuries. He has to be put level...you don't have to leave his side but we have to think about what's best for him medically *He tried to be the leader in this situation, the rallying point and the strength of his family
