M.o.o.n.d.r.o.p I hear ya with the Pomp and Circumstance!
But I think that Christmas Festival and... Whispers should be burned xP our whole band hates those songs xD
Some people wanted to burn 'The 80's' including the BD but alot of us like that song ^^ Totally agree with this(but then again Moon and I are actually twins in real life so we thinik alike...Heh heh ^^' ) Pomp and Circumstancex10 for me.That song should definately be thrown in the flaming pit of death.

The same lick of three measures for like four and a half minutes. And on top of that, my director decided to have it in our marching field show...*shudders*

Most people want to burn the music I write, I've seen them do it before. Non-completely-mentaly-insane musicians aparently find 32nt notes, minor seconds, double tuples, and sentuple sharps anoying. Like "Song of the Banshee"
Amazing how you can tick off the entire band by intentionaly making your song anoying.

My all-region band music this year was awful.
I hated it more than anything I've ever played before.
I shredded it, put it in a plastic bag and shredded it again, then put the shredded remains in another plastic bag and threw it in the fire.

Petite Tango. I swear, that's an elementary orchestra piece. I suggested Cell Block Tango (from Chicago) when my orchestra director asked what tango should we do for this year's concert, as the orchestra is doing a thing on immigration.
Also, Harry Potter GOF should be burned for band. Especially the french horn part. It KILLS the lips at most points.
And then there's Fanfare, Ode, and Festival for Horn II. Since the only other horn is WAY past my level, she got horn I. But I have to sit there for 50 measures (I think) Troika got beat by a long run, it had 32 measures of rest... but still, I'm one of the people that tries to listen to the percussion section for the beat XDXD I can't count at all...

Pomp and Circumstance but I will NEVER have to EVER play it AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cause I'm a Senior, but that is sad too even though I hate that song SOOOOOOOOOOOO much.
Too true! i cant wait to diasapear...senoirs! whoo...but yeah our band plays it sooo sad...it sucks...lol

i dont think anybody has heard of these, but the red balloon, sultans saber, and the lone eagle march. THOSE ARE THE WORST PIECES OF MUSIC EVER WRITTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
