v Knows if its ok to make an animated or still image using SPORE, and then selling it for gold here. I really dont see the harm since other people make images of copyrighted stuff all the time.

^ It is NOT okay, Crim. As stated in Mini Shops Rules & Regulations, you may not use any images you do not own or have permission to use. As you did not develop Spore, or the graphics associated with it, I would think that you do not have permission to use those images. You may write to Electronic Arts and ask permission, but that would probably be more trouble than it is worth.

If you see someone selling copyrighted stuff, you need to report it to a moderator. That is a severe breach of not only the ToS, but of copyright laws as well. It's art theft.
