Rose nodded her head. "Actually... On second thoughts I'll just let you two have your time. After all you haven't seen eachother for two years..."
She clicked on the email and read it quickly. It was from a boy in her class. She rolled her eyes. In a huge font she typed the word Jerk and sent it to him.

"Elli! Noo!" Otaki used all his power to lift her out but his eyesight was growing darker by the second. Otaki dropped beside Elli, everything was dark.
Mary stepped out of the limousine, and walked over to the two. She looked down and sighed. "This is what young love does to people..."

Mary walked out of the car. "Silly boy. Should of asked. She picked up Elli and set her in the back seat of the car. Noticing what kind of boy she was she sighed and dialed a number. It rang and a man picked up. "Looks like their type never changes sir... Yes. Preps. Both. Mary laughed. "Have a good night sir." She hung up and turned the fence off. Opening it gently she signaled for the chauffer to come grab the boy. Unwillingly he did so and put him in the back next to Elli. Mary climbed in after them.

Elli started dreaming. She was in a car... she didn't know where she was going. The road stretched endlessly in front of her. Off into the horizon, she saw her father... and another person. As she got closer, they went farther. She saw the other person... Otaki... She reached out, but they drifted farther... farther...

Rebecca gave Rose a nod and beckoned to Theron, "Come on Theron, let's go to the beach." Theron nodded to his sister and stood, a little shaky on his feet, but he was able to walk properly. He gave a Rose a little wave as Rebecca led him out of the game room.
"Go get changed and I'll meet you down there." Rebecca took to her car to get her backpack and tent, planning on camping on the beach with Theron just like the old days of summers long gone. Theron changed into his swim trucks and grabbed a towel before heading down to the beach where his sister was already waiting for him. She had taken off her jeans and was wearing her bikini bottoms underneath. With her almost hourglass figure she was the envy of a lot of girls, and a lot of boys were jealous of her boyfriend, but neither of them cared.
She beckoned over to Theron asked him to help set up the tent. "We haven't done this in a while," Theron said as he helped pitched the tent.
Rebecca nodded, "Yep, and we might as well get another camp out in before I become too busy for it." She laughed a bit as they finished setting up the tent.
"Alright, so how about a swimming lesson from your sis?" Rebecca asked, taking note of the semi-grim look on Theron's face.
Despite the dread he felt about getting back in the water, Theron gave a brave looking nod and took his sister's hand as she led her towards the edge of the water.

Opening the email from her dad, she was horrified. He had gotten married and had the wedding without her. Better yet, it seemed like he liked his new daughter more then her. A tear slid down her cheek. She stared at the picture. Her step-sister had on the dress she had always wanted. He attached two photo's. One of him and his new wife, and one of his new daughter. Minutes later, Rose broke down in tears. She sobbed at the computer desk. She finished reading it and didn't care how she was. He went on and on about his new wife and daughter.

Theron was shivering, not because of the coldness of the water, but more out of nervousness as he stood in waist deep water. His sister knew that he would react like this. She went around him and placed comforting hands on his shoulders and softly whispered in his ear, "Relax...you won't be able to swim, if you don't calm down."
Rebecca could feel the tension lift from Theron as his breathing became more steady. "Good...now, follow me deeper." She took his hand and led him until the water was half way up their chests. "Alright, let's work on your balance first." She laid back in water and floated beside Theron. "Try it, I know you can do it, it should be easy for you." She knew that encouraging words from her were nectar for her brother, nectar to try and do anything.
Theron gave her another nod as he attempted to float in the water beside her...and succeeded. "Alright! That's the prodigy brother I know!" Rebecca ruffled his hair as she began to teach him some of the other basics.

Looking up through tears, she read his other message. This one was worse. They had gone on vacation for the summer. The three of them. He told her that they would be going to Venice, Italy on Amy's request.
"Guess that's his wife..." She was mad. First the dress, now this. He knew she wanted to get out of california and go to Italy.
