he got up off her and sat up. he streched a bit then got out of bed, getting himself ready.

She stayed in the bed and pulled the blankets up over her head, giving a small sigh. She didn't want to leave the bed for some reason today.

he got himself changed and then walked over to her. he sat down on the side of the bed and sighed a bit, looking at her. "would you rather i get the kids myself? i dont your not feeling good."

She stayed in bed and spoked quietly from under the blankets. "I'll be in Angelicus in a few... The kids need to stay there until we figure out what's going on..."

he smiled a bit then rubbed down mari's body a bit. "ok love. come whenever your ready. i'll talk to you in a bit." he bent down and kissed her head then opened a portal and walked through*

Once he was gone, she lied in bed for a bit longer and then got up to get a shower and dressed. Once dressed, she opened a portal to Bronziera and went through. She then entered the forest so no one could find her.

he came into the castle and found his kids. they were just having breakfast when he found them. he smiled and walked up to them. "hey kids. how are you?" raine got up from the table and walked over to smash giving him a big hug and smiled. "we're good. i missed you."

Cyan was eating and looked up to smile at his dad, trying to speak with his mouth full, but Trina stopped him. "That's not good manners, Cyan." He gave her a bit of a glare and swallowed what he had in his mouth. "Hi daddy!" Garreth even looked up from his plate and smiled. "Morning." Bron was reading what seemed to be a paper and was finishing what was on his plate. He looked up towards Smash and gave him a nod before turning his head back down to read.

he walked over to cyan and ruffed up his hair a bit. he looked over them with a smile. "i missed all you too." he looked over at bron and kept a pleasent tone so the kids wouldn't suspect something was wrong. "bron, theres something i need to talk to you about. mind if we step out for a second?"

Bron was taking a sip of his coffee and peered up at him over a pair of glasses that he used for reading. He knew that something was wrong if he wanted to talk to him alone, so he grabbed his cane that was leaning against the table and pulled himself up. "Sure. Trina, make sure they finish eating." She nodded and was old enough to know that something was happening, but it was her place to keep the kids calm. "Alright, dad." Bron walked out of the dinning room and waited for Smash to come out. Once he was in the hall, he closed the door and walked a bit away. "What's up?" He took his reading glasses off and folded them, tucking them into his front shirt pocket.

he followed him out and looked at him. he looked more serious now. "we did some searching last night and i tracked down devana's scent. apparently she was using a building in the city and was killing humans before she found raine. i searched the building and found another scent. your not gonna believe me but it was zangan's. he's back."

Bron's yellow eyes widened and he looked at him as if shock took over. He kept his voice low. "What?! You can't be serious! He's dead!"

He couldn't believe it and stood still. "How could it be possible?" He thought back to the day of that tournament. How hard Mari had fought against him and how she had almost died. She turned the fight around, though, and beat him. She took his soul. It couldn't be possible. If he was alive, he wouldn't be a threat since he had no soul. He would have no will power to move about.
