*Serena continues on, deciding that she will have some desert. Totally oblivious to her surroundings she walks past Gaijin, thinking of which past of the city she wanted to hunt in*

Gaijin's eyes came around to follow Serena's progress as she made her way down the street. So Serena, don't I even get a hello this time? Though I suppose I should be glad you're not trying to have me for your meal.

*Serena suddenly turned around to face Gaijin* "Oh, hi. Sorry didn't see you there." *Serena was a little nervous around the hunter, mabey he would find out she already ate*

Hmm. Or maybe you're already full then. His eyes watched her calmly from behind his shades and he shrugged. Oh relax. I don't feel like hunting tonight anyway, let alone hunting someone I've met.

Gaijin shrugs. Ah, why not. I'm pretty bored myself, as usual. He turns and walks along with her the way she was coming, looking at her out of the corner of his eye. So, you really worried I'll try and take your head huh? Well, it so happens that at the moment I'm really sick of politics and if I killed you it'd be more a problem than a boon since you haven't done anything too wrong.

You get the same treatment as any other non-human I talk to. The moment I regret not killing you when I had the chance, you become a target. So, I'm not that worried. He follows her into the coffee shop. Know what I feel like? Some hot chocolate. Though I doubt they have it. Guess I'll go with black coffee then.

Yeah, sure I'll go for that. Tastes better than most other stuff. So, tell me, why will I regret killing you? Maybe if you tell me I'll be on the watch for whatever it is. Or maybe I'll just take you out back and slice you in half. Who knows. He shrugs, and it's not clear if he's joking or not.

"First, lets get our drinks and then I'll tell you." *Serena places the order for the hot chocolate and in just a few minutes their drinks are ready. Serena pays for them and sits down at one of the tables close to the door*

Nemesis gets into his hummer and drives away. As he drives away he thinks to himself. The non-humans around here are not like most of the ones I have met before.
When he gets back to his base there is a stange message from the lab he was created at. They needed him to come back.

Gaijin nods and follows her, sitting down at the table with her and leaning back as he watches her. When their orders come, he sips the hot chocolate carefully and nods a bit. So, why would I regret not killing you?

"Well, I think a year ago I teamed up with this evil guy just get more power. THe only i get gain the power though was to have two of my friends kill each other. So I pitted them agianst each other but at the last moment someone interupted and the two joined sides to fight the other guy. Then the evil I was working for was defeated. Before that I lived in this really nice town. The people were really nice. Then a really evil came about and I killed him and decided to destroy the town and I did. Before that I lived in a town filled with mortals who accepted me. But I wanted more so I killed them. It's the same story almost everytime in each new place." *Serena pauses and takes a sip of her coffe* "I will anything to gain power."

Gaijin listened quietly while Serena outlined what it was she had done in the past, and with each story Gaijin seemed to be thinking it over by the expressionless look on his face. He then stands up after she's finished her stories and drains his mug of hot chocolate. I haven't exactly had the nicest past, and I myself had a time of evil. So I'll concede this much to you. Keep your nose clean from now on, or as clean as a vampire can, and you won't make my list. We'll talk again another time, I need to get some sleep. With that, he exits and heads back to his apartment only to end up lying on his back on the bed looking at the ceiling.
