:::Her skin had reddened. She'd never noticed that the entire body could blush before. But it was then that she rememebered what blushing seemed to follow in her brink experience...but she was already way too confused to have it pile up anymore.
Eventually she got up and, as though these new thoughts cluttered her CPU usage, she moved slowly. Cora picked up the square of cloth that was her whole suit, and replaced it on the small of her back. She manipulated it in a particular sequence until it began to spread in segments whose semes vanished into one another.
Just as slowly, she put on her boots, belt and cuffs.
:::when she was fully dressed again, she stood there, and looked at the door, as though Alex could walk back through it and start explaining things:::

What in the world just happened!?
:::She finally spoke outloud:::
:::It was a long and strange day....if you could call it a day. There was Jordan, and that strange man in uniform who was drunk, but knew Tac's name. She'd hoped it meant that Tacitus still appeared in the Brink, and she just hadn't caught him yet.
Then Melliandra returned...causing all sorts of trouble. It was no thrill to Cora, but she was glad that her ability proved useful finally. It took all her power not to remember why she trained the ability so hard in the first place. The Seraphim was a distant memory now.
And now Alex...she thought she might never see him again, and if she did, she couldn't imagine him ever sitting still around her. But there it was. He kissed her. Right? It had been so long, that was a kiss right? She spoke to herself like she was someone else.:::
He DID kiss me. I remember that's what Tacitus used to... :::she gasped, having remembered something::: Was I not supposed to do that? Wasn't I just supposed to do that with one person only?
:::She tried desperately to remember, to piece it together:::
The tutorial said that nudity was unaccpetable -except in cases of intimancy. Intimacy? :::She rubbed her cheak wearily::: I just thought...he wanted to know that I was really human. OH NO...that's what was going on.
:::She was disappointed in herself for not seeing it sooner::: Oh no... I don't think I was supposed to do that.

"...old you not to run with scissors! God dammit man. Get the first aid..." He stopped and blinked as he now seemed to be yelling at a glass on the bar, "...kit. Didn't really expect to be back here so soon. But I swear to go if Sato is here..." He had not yet noticed Cora, but today he once again wore the special holster that was created specifically for Cari and Orcanus, almost missing them slightly. He let out a sigh, not looking around as he seemed rather tired, plopping down on a barstool.

Tac spun around on the stool, brightening up slightly at her voice, but caught himself before doing anything that might further compromise the situation, "Miss Cora, how nice to see you again. I'm a little frustrated with events in...my world, is that the correct term? Well, yes, a bit frustrated, but otherwise just fine, yourself?" His right hand had fallen to his left thigh, on the outside where Cari would normally be holstered, "One might think this club is rather exclusive by seeing only the same company over and over, although I'm not particularly complaining, unless that drunkard is around again."

He nodded slightly, "Indeed. As far as a drink, a diet soda of some sort if you would. I'm not one for alcohol in any quantities, wreaks havok on my system. Found that out the hard way when I had no more than a single beer and found myself on the roof the next day hanging from an antenna by my skivvies."

Janani blinks as she notices that WhiteRose is no longer a large, bind-filled creation of hers. She misses seeing the chair that was right in front of her and trips. In the process, she catches her Cat Plushie which was in mid-air. She rolls to a sumbling halt. Once more, Janani finds herself blinking. What is it with this place...? She heaves a sigh, admitting to herself she'd like to see the Fae girls and Luana, again. They're nice.

Tac was highly surprised by Cora actually reading, "A Diet Coke is fine, thank you. Its seems you are having trouble reading, is english not your native tongue or som..." When Jan appeared in her rather tumultuous entrance Tac stopped and spun around once more to see her, making a motion to draw a weapon that wasn't even there, halkting himself from making any declaration one might make as a police officer or making it too obvious.

Janani blinks as she finally takes a chance to look around. She recognizes both people...as people she doesn't really know that well. What were their names, again? Standing up, she brushes herself off, slightly pulling her shirt down to reveal some cleavage. She doesn't take notice, at all, as she pulls WhiteRose to her chest and holds him tight.
Corine and Tashums? No...that's not right... Heh...
Janani conks her head.
