You must be further than I am. I don't ever remember Bacchus saying that and I'm practically at the final boss. I don't recall him EVER being horny either. He doesn't even have the ability to get horny seeing as how, the only organic part of his body is...

Bacchus D-79

...his face. Which isn't even fully organic.

No defense for Lymle. She was just odd.

And of course Myuria has more jiggle than Lulu. Lulu was on the PS2. Not to mention FFX was released early in the PS2s life. She didn't have ANY jiggle as far as I can remember. That's like comparing Lulu to Tifa from FF7 on the PS saying Lulu had more jiggle than Tifa.

You completely forgot the weirdest of all of them. I don't even remember what her name is, but she was epic. The item creation girl back on earth, er... under earth? In earth? Or was she on the station, which means above earth?

To be fair, breast jiggle has been around since at least the PS1 days, with the obvious example being Dead or Alive 1.

Yeah, it was more hints than actual blatant talk. And I only just got to Roak. Otherwise, you must have missed his private action with Welch at the item creation terminal, right after setting a course for EN II(Before ending up on the alternate Earth) it reveals he is a horny perv, and you get to see Welch play dress up as a maid and a "little sister" wearing an anime'style high school girl's gym clothes, and of course her glasses. Also, there is a strange "clang" you hear when Bacchus sees her and gets a robo-boner.
And I agree, Welch is completely nuts, I love her in this game. There is a private action with Bacchus right after landing on Roak, where he asks Edge about his room being cold, and then goes on to say the most disturbing lines:

"I have only one wish, I desire to once again feel that heat I found so pleasant... I believe in you, Edge. I believe I will fell that heat again, I believe you are capable of that"

and I thought the whole point of DoA was tit jiggle with other things added to make it a game and not a video of tit jiggle. I Beach Volleyball 2, Tina's tits flow like a friggin water bed.

Am I the only one that views DoA as a legitimately good fighter...? (With the exception of 4. Helena 100% hit combo = pointless game)

I wouldn't know, never played any DoA except for Volleyball.

I've always liked DoA. So no you aren't alone. I even liked 4, seeing as how I have it, but i suck a** at fighters, so it gives me aneurysms.

Ah I see. I'm fairly good at most fighters, some better then others. It really just depends on finding characters that fit my styles. (Tend to either be a turtler or a punisher, and occasionally a keep away, when I feel like annoying someone)

After reading the recent Gaia comic again, It has dawned on me that Johnny Gambino and Edmund are gay for each other. Too bad Edmund has Vanessa's tits to preoccupy his mind
Who's more of a rich and powerful homosexual widower, Johnny K. Gambino, or Lino en Kuldes from Suikoden IV?
Also waiting on an Annabeth and Kai post. And what is Aya doing for free period? She doesn't seem like the type who would let her brother go eat at a cafe alone with a bashful gay weretiger

Eh, my problem with most fighting games is lack of balance in certain aspects. I hear that DoA is much more balanced that most fighters, along with Tekken and Soul Blade. SC4 seems to have fixed a lot of the balance issues that SC3 had. Only rproblem is the fact that The Apprentice throws all of that balance progress out of the window with how cheap the CPU is with him.
And Lum, I think Gambino is actually more of a flamer, Lino was much more serious and much less macho in terms of personality, than Gambino. That and he isn't gay lovers with an old man with a scar.
I'll make an Annabeth post in a bit.

Oh yea, I forgot about the other wonder twin. I'll edit my post in a sec.

As for balancing in fighters here's my over all thoughts:

The DoA series is fairly well balanced. The only problematic characters are Ayane in DoA1, Hayabusa in DoA2, and Helena in DoA4. DoA3 had a diverse enough roster to counter-balance itself.

Soul Calibur always has been horribly balanced, yet the controls tend to cover that up. For example, with SC4, they did indeed nerf many characters (Cassandra including, to my annoyance), yet other characters are just jacked into oblivion; Cervantes as my prime example. Running command throw -> teleport back -> spiral slash as they get up -> bounce them with downward double slash -> juggle with an uppercut slash -> rapid thrust barrage. Usually dead at this point, or rung out several times over.

Street Fighter was never balanced, with the exception of SF4 and SSF4. The only real overpowering characters were the grapplers, due to all of them had a few flat paneling attacks that allowed them to get into range. And Juri, is pure beast.

Mortal Kombat is hit and miss when it comes to balancing. Some games are balanced, such as MK1, 2, and Deadly Alliance, while others are even more broken then Marvel vs Capcom 2; MK Trilogy being the biggest example of this.

Guilty Gear is fairly balanced thought most games/revisions, however some characters certainly lack polish compared to others. Also, Faust is the most epic video game doctor ever.

BlazBlue did a decent job in the balancing department. Although I can't speak for Continuum Shift, the first one only had two really obnoxious characters: Tager and Nu.

Arcana Heart is probably the most balanced game, ever, which is practically proven in the fact that it's one of the few fighting games that 'elite fighting gamers' cannot create a tier list for. Again, in part to the massive diversity in styles, as well as the Arcana elements that you can equip to the characters.

WeaponLord, Namco's first weapons based fighting game, was brutal as all hell. The balancing was near perfect, but the controls took so damn long to learn, and the combo system had such a steep learning curve that it's a bit of a hassle.

Vanguard Princess is a decent indie fighter. Made by a guy that used to work at Capcom. Visually gorgeous, easy to run on most any rig (Even runs on Win95 set ups) and quick to learn. Only down side is it's a bit of a poke fest.

Samurai Showdown is about the only SNK fighter I can get into, mostly because I just can't stand the awkward pacing in their fighters.

Killer Instinct is a game that needs to come back, or at least be re-released in all of its arcade glory. It created and perfected the combo system, and truly gives unique characters and move sets. All in all, a very nicely done series.

Tekken is laughable. It's just juggling, and nothing but juggling. Unless you're like me and use King. Then it's all about suplexing, and nothing but suplexing.

Super Smash Bros has never been about balance, making it enjoyable, but not competitive. Some characters are simply just better then others (Ice Climbers, Link, Marth, Cpt. Falcon) not to mention Brawl killed it with the assist trophies.

Rag Doll Kung Fu on PC is hard but fun, as you actually make your own fighting styles by using the mouse to plot your attacks. On the PS3 it's just SSB with a new paint job.

I'm sure there's others I'm forgetting, but this has dragged on a bit.

Clay Fighters and Primal Rage.

Killer Instinct does need to make a come back. s**t was epic.

I dunno, I've always found SSB to be rather boring. The most enjoyable one was the first. The second was pretty lame. But that's probably because I never took the time to learn how to play it like 90% of the people I play with did. It kills the fun when you play with people on a semipro-pro level of playing. You never get better because you're dead to soon to learn anything new and that strips any enjoyment for the prospect of winning. The best I can hope to do is maybe get a kill before I lose all my lives. Only way to do that, use the name-every-move-a-funny-name-and-shout-it-out-just-before-doing-it-and-change-them-every-time strategy. It distracts even the best players.

Brawl was ******** fail. Lets add randomly falling over and nerf an already weak character but give her one strong attack. That would be Zelda/Sheik. Get rid of Sheiks ability to pile on damage by making her up smash and meteor smash hit diagonally instead of up and make Zelda's fireball do s**t tons of damage but ultimately keep her weak as hell.

Wow, nice to see some people still remember Killer Instinct. that game was awesome, and it was my first ever SNES game.

Glacious is my main in it.

Clay Fighter was epic. Primal Rage was alright, but just couldn't get into it.

Oh, and some other fighters I forgot:

Jump Ultimate Stars: Never played the first one (Jump Super Stars), but this one is all kinds of awesome. It's borderline broken, but the koma system helps balance things out.

Ultimate Ninja: As much as I can't stand Naruto, and only read it for OCD reasons, these games are awesomecore. Nicely balanced, continuously evolving, and all around creative.

Budakai: Best DBZ fighting game series ever. Tight controls, nice variety of characters, and it truly captures the intense action of the anime. Plus the capsule system makes for a nice touch.

Tenkaichi: Pure fail. God awful controls, terrible power-up system, and lack-lust action. Not since Ultimate Battle 22 have I played a worse DBZ fighting game.
