Dragon | It wasn't a technique, actually. No chakra required for any of it except for the lightning shuriken. It's not a move. It was a tactic, I guess. Anyway, it should last for at least one post. The strength of the shock is strong enough to kill but I made it weak so it would stun you for at least a post. What I mean by that is you are paralyzed for the post after mines once you've escaped what was used to paralyze you and then your next post you are free. Unless you remain protected by those weapons of yours then you will remain paralyzed. They will hold onto the lightning. And if you are wearing armor then that too can hold onto the lightning. All a part of my strategy. Also, it's dangerous to touch the lightning since it's... lightning. Just in case you tried to use Fai Ryu to help you escape. Also, also, others with armor should steer clear of you. That's it. : )
