I Sinistro I Actually, The Mayans just ran out of room on the wall. . Apparently, the way to read the Mayan calendar, since it's a circle and therefore never ends, involves rotating the rings like gears until the align? I don't know exactly how that all works, I tried figuring it out at one point. Regardless, the point is that this doesn't signify "the end of the world" and the dates didn't run out or stop, they just rotated back to the beginning, which signifies the start of a new cycle.
re:weight: o; I think I'm only 145 lbs? and 5'10"... I'm average according to the BMI chart, but I've learned not to trust that for s**t. I'm pretty damn scrawny imo.

Sabe Hudson Chieftain Twilight just like what's been going on in the U.S. more and more often lately! as well as spiking at various points in U.S. history.... ahh, crime and racism: a perfect backdrop for stories. proof positive that negativity and conflict breed genius. or death, you know.... one or the other. xp If I'm not mistaken, Gaia in our RP's canon is based on the US if not outright cloned anyway, especially when it comes to pop culture and media. Edit for additional theory stuff: And -I think- given Gaia's distinct 4-season climate and the fact it borders an ocean, the setting's slice of the world map would be somewhere between Massachussetts and South Carolina, on the coast. ironic given that the HQ for teh site's company is in L.A. xd

Koji_Mitsukai .o. does anyone have anything planned for the Winter Solstice tomorrow?
Edit: that was meant to be posted a long time ago and I forgot to refresh the page, lol. I missed so much discussion.
@Gaia in relation to our world: I always figured that Durem was supposed to reflect NYC. Or, since Gaia's founders are from Southern California, LA? Though, Durem wouldn't be able to get snow in LA... but New York does get both snow storms and heat waves...? go to post office, maybe get a seasonal ritual in if I can stand the cold. I'm not very good at keeping up with the Pagan Festivals....

not sure if I wanna spice it up a little but I'm probably gonna set up an Altar, Cast a Circle, Thank the Gods, and then perform some Ceremonial Magic. I don't realy do much spellcraft at all anymore, and only ever seem to do Ritual Magic on Holy Days.

Nariana Cast a circle - pentagram stuff? How many gods? What kind of magic? Summoning? o.o probably. dunno if I should use a Pentagram in my Circle or not... I don't use it for much other than Warding Spells, but it IS Christmas... Stars are nice. and, personally I worship a handful. but I will also give Thanks to all of the Gods in general, as well as the specific ones by name that I worship. Morrigan, Odin, Loki, Shiva, Ganesh, Cernunnos, Ishtar and the Spirits and Faeries around me and my home. and no, not a Summoning. why would I do that? it's dangerous, and reckless. I've done it before in my younger days (mostly for purposes of Power and Knowledge), but I've learned better. I'm thinking just a basic Cheer-Spreading general healing Ritual.
