So funny story I went to the new Jack in the Box, where I live today and after I finished ordering the lady taking my order put a cup on the counter and I said I didn't order a drink, she proceeded to to tell me my total again... because it was new I thought she just made a mistake so I said again that I didn't order a drink, she then sighed and put the cup away.

... I don't know if she was like hitting on me or something, so she tried to give me a free drink, but I was totally oblivious to it, the only thing on my mind was I didn't order a drink
