Power Trick switches the user's Attack stat with its Defense stat, however any boosts or reductions that have been applied to those stats are not switched.
That moveset would be a waste of said amount of turns. You lose said amount of boosts.

Well, your team is good Lynda, you just need to EV train them. Because you beat me once, you can do it again. Also, Have agility or Rock polish on Metagross, with EQ, Meteor Mash and (Zen Headbutt, Thunderpunch, Ice Punch, Explosion) and it will be a hard thing to take out.
