It's called being a good sport. Would you rather someone be an a** and tell you that you suck in general?
It takes work to be a good battler. You have to know what's effective to what, what is resistant to what, and based solely on that you make predictions on what your opponent will do and act on those predictions. It takes work, time, and dedication, and by just feeling sorry for yourself, you are wasting time you could be using to think up good strategies and training good pokemon.

I mot feeling sorry for myself and i take and learn from my lose's to get better i dont look down just keep my head up and it might take some breeading to get this new team so yeah and i know but its true and it dosent matter

Also EV train your Pokemon, and pay attention to base stats. Moves with the Red yellow mean physical (Attack) and moves that are dark purple mean special (Special Attack) Some Pokemon have low attack and special attack, but have high Defenses or HP, those are walls.
