I think I'm going to get off gaia now, not much is going on and I'm just a bit stressed out by things right now. I know the feeling! Great... it's looking like it's FireFox that's causeing the slowness of my comp... but I should probly run Norton anyway, I dropped my firewall for a time and only AFTER that is it getting slow... Yea I have a friend who's runninf FireFox and ever since he put it in his comps been slow. Hmmm... sounds more like a spyware issue then... TIME TO BURN THEM ALL! twisted First thing, Nortan does not clean out spyware. Second thing, its probably running really slowly because all the spyware files are trying to download more, but firefox wont let it, buahahahaha. And third, Norton is probably the worst Virus scanner out there. I'm not saying it doesn't work, but it screws around with alot of stuff. I've got Norton Internet Security, so it's not just Norton Anti Virus, it's also norton firewall and I used to have Systemworks.

Vadimir I'm useing Ad-aware first, spybot gets pissy at me at times. *points and laughs*spybot never gets pissy with me, but that might be because I threatened it with uninstalling, and deletion. biggrin

K Yamato Here's a tip. If things get really bad, Scare up your old Operating system CD (with the CD key mind you) and reformat the computer. heh, like hell. I've got 25 gigs of stuff I need to back up or figure out which parts of it need to be backed up, now I've got 15 gigs of space on drive 2, but that's it.

I've got 25 gigs of stuff I need to back up or figure out which parts of it need to be backed up, now I've got 15 gigs of space on drive 2, but that's it. That's the same thing with me and the loads of anime I have, it takes me hours to back everything up crying !

I've got all my anime on my 120 drive, which is my drive 2, since with that setup if I need to reset my OS I can with more space on the 2ndary to back stuff up on.

I hae the anime I watch regularly backed up on portable hardive((laptop reasons))memory sticks((laptop reasons))and my laptop hard drive((yes I use my laptop quite a bit seeing as how I travle around a lot))
