Finally freeing her foot Tori rubbed her ancle blankly, her mind trailing off. This place was no hell. Hell, at this point, seemed like a paradise. She curled up into a small ball, pulling her knees to her chest and her hair falling infront of her eyes. Where was her family? While she knew the answer, she wanted a better one. Perhaps they were looking for her. Perhaps they were constantly pestering the police until they find their Tori-bird. Reality sank in for a moment. They were burried six feet under in a cemetary who knows how far away.

She took a few breaths before standing up, flipping her hair out of her face. She needed to grow up and look at her situation. examine what she could and find a way to solve her problem....however most solutions involved her getting her hands on a diamond or ruby.

Anrelli walked up to the bars of her cage and looked around the dimly-lighted room. So many slaves were waiting in their cages; some who wanted to be taken; others who could care less; many more who prayed not to be picked. From time to time, potential masters would look in her cage then read the sign that read: DANGEROUS PAIR in big red letters. Deal breaker. But it was no big deal to her. Anrelli hated this place, but she knew that she would hate the masters more if they tried to adopt her and her sister-like friend Lorelli.

Lorelli was on the other side trying to keep out of sight and in the shadows. She and Anrelli met once before in another home and instantly became friends. Lorelli was more of a pleasure slave while Anrelli was more for fighting against intruders. Lori one day broke down in front of her new found friend about her treatment in the home so, in a fit of rage, Anrelli killed their master the same night. The master's family sent the two away to the Center, where they currently stay for the time being.

Lori could hear Anrelli lashing out at 'potential' customers trying to keep them away. Although Lori was relieved that the plan was working, she feared that the guards would harm her friend and protector.

"Anrelli, I think you should tone it down a little, a guard might hear you." Lori warned.

"Let them," Anrelli growled back. "It's all to keep you out of harm's way. I don't care what happens to me..."

Lori decided that if she was going to keep the both of them safe, she would have to trick Anrelli.

"But if they decide to kill you for being disobedient, that leaves me vulnerable to a master worse than before" She replied.

Anrelli paused. She never thought about the possiblity of being killed for her behavior. She sighed and retreated from the bars that trapped them in their nightmarish home. Anrelli sat down next to Lori and started to think.

There has to be a better place than this.... I'll find a way for us to escape Lori. Then you can go on to have kids on your own choice. Do whatever you want, whenever you want. I promise....

Fabien Brunswick

Each cage was a piece of work. Fabien stood in front of one for a couple seconds just examining the inhabitants of the cage. Of course, when it came to the more violent and feisty slaves his footsteps seemed to quicken. Even though he liked their fiery spirits to get out it scared him to think they might never trust him and try to slit his throat in the middle of the night.

With a sigh his gaze roamed the room, starting to get slightly tired of looking at all these poor souls. However, his eyes instantly latched onto a girl with bright red hair and green eyes. Her eyes were like all the beautiful vegetation in the world encased in each of those wondrous eyes. And her hair was like the fire that came if the earth was too dry, though tragic at first, it brings beauty.

Without hesitating Fabien swiftly moved to the cage that held the beauty. He gave the girl a charming smile and a slight bow of his head. "Hello, my dear, I was captivated by your beauty and couldn't help but think that I would like to get you. Would you like to come home with me?"

With a smile Fabien waved over a guard. "If you please, sir, I would like to get this red haired female." The guard seemed almost shocked to hear him speak in such a manner. He simply grumbled and shoved past Fabien to get to the cage. "What a freak," the guard mumbled to himself as he opened the cage. And with that he walked away.

Fabien huffed as he glared after the guard. What an improper man. Obviously he was one of those very stupid brute humans. Of course it made sense for him to be in the disgusting metal building. He turned back to the beautiful girl and held out his hand. "Well, shall we pay for your freedom and get out of this inhabitable building?"

Once Fabien helped the red haired female he realized just how tall she really was. "Oh my, I must have deceived myself into thinking you were shorter. But that does not matter in the least! Your tallness only adds to the beauty." He gently reached up to caress her chin, turning her head slightly to examine her. With his charming smile he motioned for her to follow as he went to go pay for her.

"Oh, how rude, I didn't even introduce myself properly and here I was getting all comfortable with you. My name is Fabien Graeio Brunswick. Though, just Fabien is most preferred, unless you can think of a cuter nickname." He chuckled as he flipped open his wallet and handed the filthy guard the exact amount of money. He waited for the all-clear sign from the guard before attempting to leave.


(Actually I think Suka is taller, so technically he would come up to her chin... xD Also, his middle name is pronounced Gray-ee-o And I'll be going to bed in half an hour.)

Fate was led into the building by a guard pulling him along by a leash latched to the collar around his neck, he didn't put up any form of a struggle, no kind of fight nothing at all in any form of resistance to the guard's actions. each step he took scared him a little more, there was no sign of the outside world within, just the horrible smell, the sight of people jammed into cages, and what was bound to be the poor things home for some time, after a walk through one way he was turned into another more kids much like himself there, though many were more talkative then him, but he was scared of them all. apon being shut into his cage he sat there in the middle of it looking up with watery eyes at each hoping for something he was use to to show it's self, something simple, the sent of fresh air, the chirping of birds, the sound of water flowing, anything would have been nice, something from the outside, but nothing, a few hours passed he didn't even move from his spot but for the occasional itch or twitch from uncomfterability

after a bit he seamed to watch the other kids some found little things to amuse themselvs as much as they could in that small place with so little inside it. he sighed and moved up to the front of the cage and jumped back shivering as a guard started to walk down the hall the sounds of his feet against the floor stood out to him, made most of the other kids silent for a bit. Fate watched the man as he made his rounds and sighed, he had hoped he had came to take him back out of this place, but it seamed he was here to stay for some time. he sat down against a wall in his cell and played with the furr on his tail hoping for some enjoyment from it but found nothing, he pouted looking up at the other kids about to say something but his mouth opened and nothing came out he was far too shy to speak with most anyone

Suka tilted her head to the side again, her ears flicked once more. "I'm glad you like it, sir. It's supposed to be a Japanese name since...well, I am part Japanese." She said, looking around at the scenery around her. Her ears went back at the loud sounds and she returned her attention to Fabien as he pointed out his horse. The half demon raised an eyebrow, "I don't mind that horse master Fabien, I don't really like cars...they're loud and hurt my ears." She said, just glad to be outside again in the fresh air.
