I wish I had someone to talk to. I think thats what I'm really missing.
I mean, I say talk, but I suppose I mean listen to. When I get really depressed, I like to just lay around and talk to people about whatever. But it usually ends up with people just telling some stories. I like that though. I like hearing people babble on about whatever is on their minds. Thoughts move and flow in such interesting ways, and when someone can openly let that flow it's kind of cool. Some people should think before they speak, sure; but there are times when just speaking is good too.
I guess, really, I don't have anyone I feel confortable talking to. I hold my tongue often, and I hardly ever say whats really on my mind. I don't want to burden others with my problems. I have to deal with it, and it really doesn't solve anything talking about it. Causing others grief really won't do me any good.
But I also lose my voice at times. What have I really to say? I know my problems are all perception, since I lead such a confortable life. I have no real strife, but the fact that I have no stress is something that bothers me.
There is something so depressing about being so utterly useless. I mean, it's kind of nice, it's a side of life people don't get to see often. I feel privledged to not have anything to worry about other than keeping myself fed, and my general health. But at the same time the lack of any driving force in my life doesn't yield anything worthwhile.
I'm really very tired, and my logic is running me in circles. I should just sleep, I'll feel better soon enough.

*sigh* I am NOT looking forward to this weekend and most of next week.
Awesomecoworkergirl's going out of town. It seems I'll be picking up ALL of her shifts, as Irregular Coworker Girl is ... irregular... and Blonde Coworkergirl is working two other jobs now.
Even after going to bed before midnight last night, I'm worn out. I really hope I don't catch anything, there's nobody available to cover for me. :gonk;
...
I am looking forward to the paycheck though. mrgreen

i don't really care for people using archaic language to express modern sentiments. more clearly, i don't mind using archaic language or constructions when the situation requires - say, if you're dressed up as paul revere and leading a historical tour, or writing a romance novel or something. it's not the words i've got a problem with, it's the usage.
and you know what? i see it ALL THE TIME. this is because... wait for ittttt... people are all drama queens.
