Would I still be able to feel his life presence? or can Pash cloak that without my noticing?

Pash's not going to completely rely on his cloaking device. He's just hoping his sudden disapearance is going to confuse you long enough for him to put distance between you two. He doesnt know the extent of your powers as some force users cant life track oponents in combat. The Force works through everyone differently. Pash can hide his life signature in the force, but if he does that, he gives away that he is a trained force user. That will set Nakara off, and Pash's ultimate goal is to get Nakara.

But isn't that a rather 'basic' power, sense lifeform?

lady_skuld But isn't that a rather 'basic' power, sense lifeform? Yeah, but doing it in the heat of combat is something else alltogether, and not everyone can actually sense life. Look at Luke in A New Hope. While Obi-wan can sense the destruction of Alderaan, Luke as strong as he is, doesnt.

Luke was also untrained. Remember in the swamp, with yoda, he begins to learn how to even sense the rocks and trees?
I may still be apprentice, but seeing as how i'm hiding, doesn't mean i can't try to concentrate? Or would that take too long?

I was, but only to the pitfall trap to hide in. Kind of like, Dodge the boulder... wait, where'd she go?
I didn't know how you were going to deflect it though, so i hadn't gotten that far.
