*Anya walks out of an alleyway wiping the blood off her face* that was a nice feed, one i haven't had in the longest time *Anya sighs to herself. she looks around searching for any fellow vampires...or anyone else. seeing no one she walks on down the street towards a bar that will soon grow to be her favourite*

He waves his hand, moving to stand. He walks over towards the desk, where there was a sink. He fills up a coffee cup and comes back over to her, handing her the cup. Well, I suppose if you want I could fix up one of the other rooms in this building. There are plenty of them and it'd give you a place to work atleast. And of course, after that, we could set some kind of deal up to get you whatever you need.

"Coffee. I should have thought." Mia smiled, taking the cup, sipping at it. "Thanks." She listened to his ideas. "Yeah...we could do that, but why are you trying to help me so much? I have yet to do anything for you or repay your kindness in anyway."

He walked around to the other side of the couch, sitting down once more with a cup of coffee cradled in his hands. Well, it's nice to have company. I do get bored quite often and having someone to talk to would be nice. And of course, having a healer in my debt couldn't hurt now could it? I'd had some bad run ins. But beyond that, it's not a bad idea to be a friend to you and have you in my debt than to have you my enemy.

"I guess I could see your point, but I'd probably be forever in your debt or until the place starting really working." Mia smiled, taking another sip of her coffee. "I do have to say it'd be nice to work near someone that I could visit. If it's a slow day, which I'm sure I'd get a lot of."

Gaijin smiles kindly. Yes that would be nice. And having some place to stay free of rent, taxes, or anything like that would be pretty nice wouldn't it? I'm thinking of doing some work on this place anyway. We could set you up in one of the rooms or so as a clinic and then give you a flat somewhere else in the building. It used to be a boarding house after all. And as for being forever in my debt, is that so bad? After all, it's not exactly like I'm going to sell you into slavery.

Mia laughs at his last comment. "At least I hope you don't sell me into slavery." She gave him a shocked look. "Well...when you're up for this sort of challenge let me know. I'm sure we could work something out in payments at least...somehow."

He smiles a bit. Well, would you like to go and look at some of the rooms, or maybe you'd just like to chat some more? You could make sure that you'd like to be that near to be after all, you have to remember that I am a Hunter and some of your patients may be my victims. Though, as I said I only go after those that take it upon themselves to kill innocents. It must seem pretty strange. Do you maybe have any questions or anything?

Hey, if worse comes to worse, I am a Hunter. He smiles and stands up, gulping down the last of the coffee. He takes her cup gently and goes over to the desk where the coffee maker, setting the cups down and smiles at her. Sounds like a plan. He holds out his hand, offering to help her up since the couch sinks down a bit. So your boyfriend won't get too jealous with you having a flatmate would he?

"Boyfriend? I hardly think he's a boyfriend. And if he becomes jealous then he could come here with me." Mia smiled, accepting his hand to pull her up off the couch. She then laughed, smirking lightly. "And I'm a Lycan..hmm.."

He helps her to her feet and smiles. Yeah well... what I meant was that I'm not likely to be too scared that you're a danger to me. With that, he motions for her to follow and leads her out a door that seems to be ill-used. They're not in a hallway with three other doors. Each door is identical to Gaijin's and it's obvious that this is the main area of the second floor. Each room is set up the same as mine, though none have furniture and may have some garbage and such that needs to be cleaned out. There's a staircase in one staircase which leads them down to the first floor. Here is a room that looked like it was a dining room from the table, a family room off to the right, and there's an office in another area. I thought this would be a good place for your clinic. The family room being a waiting room maybe, the dining room has all the water hook ups and everything for the actual clinic, and of course ever healer should have an office.
