I am turning into a bonofide killjoy. I am tired, when I get anxious I pick at my legs and feet like one would bitting nails. Everything id so slow, is it for anyone here?

My diet includes carbs, pain, fatigue, sleep, and gatorade. Oh, and sweat and blood

i am starting the south beach diet under the advice of my doc, so i have to do this, i am not doing it just because i want to but because it is the best thing for me right now... i need to loose a lot of weight...

Everyone's saying that. Even though I gain weight easily I can lose it easily too but right now I'm not worrying about my weight
