Actually, yes we will live to see its surface. NASA sent up a probe earlier this year and it won't reach Pluto's surface for nine and half years. So unless we're in our fifties, I think we can live to see its surface.

When was Pluto taken off the Planet list...? I think in the past few days... I dunno! But everyone's planning like the whole try to remember the planets in order stuffs....

And no, Pluto was taken off about half a year ago and was re-registered as a planet a couple of weeks ago

There was not originally 9 planets. There was eight. Pluto had formed later on like fifty years or seomthing later. And what if the idiots didn't check for any more planets? Wait, then how would they know about Pluto...? Yes there's Xena and another new planet that I forgot the name... And yeah, most people won't see Pluto with their own eyes because they're not friggin' Astronauts! You thinks everyone will become astronauts just to go on a nine year trip to see some frozen dwarf planet? It's just retarded when you think about it!

No isn't Cheron one of Pluto's moons...? I dunno! I learned about its moons and two of the new planets today and I get them mixed up... XP
