To me it's not the art but other things. Wacky characters, over the top abilities, random comedy, bright colors, fast paced story arcs, etc, etc...
Edit: Kinda like Dragonbleach Z. Sure the characters don't look alike, but there's enough other similarities and the pace of the story is similar enough for one to remind me of the other.
