So ummm... I have one contention with Sage Mode... kinda OP if you ask me.
Sage Mode
Description: Only the sage and the first student the sage teaches the summoning to can enter the sage mode of dragons. The user's body shifts as their eyes become like a dragons, body grows scales and a tail with wings. Their teeth become pointed. Muscles grow more solid and the scales takes on the color of the user's chakra color and the ability to exhale small flames.
Abilities
• The user's five senses increase dramatically
• Reaction Time is boosted as well as flexibility
• Speed and Strength increases greatly
• Chakra grows 3x the user's regular level
• Able to exhale small jets of flames
• Projectiles and Taijutsu are not as effective when in this state
• Can fly for a period of time (5 posts) and must rest on the ground before flying again (3 posts)
• Also can spit or inject venom
...I mean really? 3 times the amount? that's more then a Bijuu has...
How long does Sage mode last? it needs to be spelled out, with drawbacks to using it and cool downs as well.
...also, how do you plan to train this? Attaining Sage Mode should require some serious posting on the user's behalf... like 15 posts or something.

User is drained of 1/3 of his strength. Muscles are pushed to their limits and are prone to wear and tear. Chakra channels are vulnerable to tearing and disconnecting from the increased flow of chakra. good enough for ya?

2x chakra is good, and you drain the added chakra first, that way, it just acts as extra chakra, which disappears after Sage Mode and won't retroactively injure your base chakra levels.
12 posts is insane, and 10 posts is pretty insane too. the average fight, even among good RPers doesn't go much longer then 10 posts (10 posts meaning, each person posts 10 times)
How about we say 5 posts... with a 3 post cooldown as you said, but a maximum of 2 uses a day.
On Deactivation: I like what you have, and the chakra channels should make all jutsu or techniques cost 1.5 times chakra for 2 posts, with a chance of continuous strain.
Using Sage Mode twice in one day... should on deactivation, leave you nearly unconcious and give you internal injuries and make it impossible for you to use any further techniques until healed.

I'll give you 6 posts, but on the 6th post, you start to diminish...
...on post 6 you lose your speed and flexibility bonuses, but retain your boosted chakra and strength, but you cannot fly and the chakra channels are already tearing due to the increased chakra. making all jutsu used cost 1.5x the amount.
