Well......How did this conversation start back up lol. I went to eat some clams and we're talking about change in leadership. Feels like the Russian Revolution over here. I honestly think we should drop the subject. It's the internet, you can find friends just about anywhere.

I think Des's idea is best.
That way it doesn't put too much hardship on just one person and then there's a system of checks and balances.

I think the Mods and what not should set up a council so to speak, if you're gonna do it multi leader style, where everyone is equal and helps make decisions, but also takes the lower ranked guildies into account, know what I mean?
