I've done a lot of research on the matter...surprisingly by studying Jello. xd
As well as other people, trying experiements and seeing how they react to things. It's been rather interesting. It's mostly a matter of taking those notes and doing something with them.

well, the experiments on him were more of attitude than actual sexual nature. Like I'd observe how he interacted with different personalities and the like.
Though somehow picturing a Josh as a hamster, I have terrible visions of
