he pulled her close to him, "I know its hard sweetie.... but we all have to stick it out. Its for the best."
She smiled a little and got up. She grabbed her towels and left the room and went down the hall to the bathroom. She had to close her eyes so she couldn't see the blood washing out of her hair. When she used the shampoo is burned. When she was done she wrapped a towel around her and back to her room. she peered down the stairs and sure enough her father was passed out. she go suddenly nervous when she walked into her room.

"I'll look away" he said, still sitting on her bed he turned to face the window and closed his eyes "how does you're head feel?"
she wrapped her arms around her stomach and just cried until she could actually fall asleep

He held her for a little while as she slept. He looked over at Jack, "Its not your fault Jack..."
he was on the verge of tears. He couldn't believe what had happen to his sister. He did blame himself. He left the room and sat out side. He couldn't see anymore.
"It stings a little... but its fine." she went and got fresh cloths and started to get dressed. Once she has her jeans and was pulling her shirt over her head, "You can look now." she stared to towel her hair.

he turned back around on her bed and smiled softly "so... wanna go to my house?"

"Yeah.... we can leave now... dads passed out. But we should still use the window." She put her hair up in a pony tail, it covered the her wound up.

"my mom's asleep at home any ways. So we'll stay down stairs" he kissed the top of her head gingerly before climbing out the window and helping her out

She climbed out and scaled down the tree. "Sounds fine." She brushed the bark off her shirt once she was on the ground.

he smiled "can I carry you?" he wrapped his arms around her waist and held her carefully

"Not just yet." She stood on her toes a little and kissed him softly. She needed to walk a little.

he smirked "as you wish" he took her hand and they started to walk up the street to his house "so... why's you're dad like this?"

"He's gotten worse since mom left about ten years ago. He didn't use to be like this. Mom was his world." She said sadly.

"she just left. Dad said she left a not, but he's never show it to me. He says she let with another guy or something like that. Never did gave me a reason though." she sighed. She had a theory as to why.

"yeah.... I still remember that day... it was horrible. I'd never seen my dad like that. He was so sad and so angry." Just thinking about the day, it made her start crying silent tears.
