Hey, ghost I actually want to talk to you about how much you were leveling up your characters. I didn't want to go overboard, and I was sort of waiting to see how they graded yours where you just added all your skills over the cap as training. If they do, I was going to leave Raine at his level and let the exp from my time skip story level him up, I just didn't want to have a really big level gap between us.

cheerios18 or amplify their love of themselves XD They would also amplify selflessness... because outward thinking, meaning they would want to make amends... XD But man, that just makes the Omoijin look like abusers of their power and total douches... Forceful peace is not cool...

I'm keeping Xen and kimiko at level 17, even if they made me change it so that Training points for skills that your TRANSFERRING don't let you exceed the limits. But then, I really don't think it particularly matters.
The new system is substantially different were skills are concerned, and really I think that As it is the skill limits are fairly reasonable. There's a lot more reason to build up certain skills more, and the battle skills are exceedingly more bang per buck. No B-rank Jutsu requirements will exceed 35 skill points, which is a LONG haul back from the previous. I think that while 37 seems low when compared to our previous digits, it's not when you put it into the context of the new system.
If Xen had the Genjutsu skill he had pre-time skip, he'd be as skilled a Kage with it... not that that wouldn't be totally flipping awesome.
I mean, 50 skill points is the max a starting Jounin could hope for, and you get ten extra skill points per level from here on out. Skipping to level 20 now would literally be taking 3 potential points now, in exchange for 30 actual points down the line. As my uncle would say "That's just not good business."

Qyp Beyblades were so epic @O@ Hrm, I still haz some Yugioh cards too... I have binders and boxes of those damn cards!!!!!! BUT NOONE WILL BUY THEM! they murdered beyblades too.....they traded realistic dynamis for horrible character dialogue and an equally horrible story... "Oh sure....my liger can super own your metal pegasus...but only because it spun around for 3600000000000000000 degrees and yours weighed 1 gram less then it and your spirit animal came out and totally like...sighed at it and it like....stopped spinning" its really like that...and they didnt use the spirit animals right when they redid it...in the first one it was epic cause the blades could spin forever and ever and ever....and stand still...yet the spirit animals where really fighting...and they had some epix character and story build up....but beyblades: metal fusion...has none of that...they just trying to start up the beyblades fad again stare thats what yugioh did too...in the first one it was a subtle playing card comercial...then as they added more shows it became more and more based on the card sells.....then we get to Yugioh: (the one with the "Duel Academy") it became super cliched piece of card comercial crap...and Yugioh: 5D's is just a piece of crap crying they have some pwn cards....but not the pwn characters or pwn story......and thats why yugioh died........but bakugan wont die...no matter how many times you stab it crying

cheerios18 El The culture of the anzan strikes me as indian. Just the names that you pick and their sort of animalistic attacks. And If I were to have an Otobe character, I would give him a western name seeing as they might have passed Akio in the street where they are now. Of course that's just his nick name though. How does "Orion" sound? I've been sitting on it for a while, it fits him pretty well, but I told my brother that and he laughed sad Native American Indian or Indian from India Indian? The Anzan is actually based off of the recent reincarnation of Blue Mage (which is Final Fantasy XI....and they are mostly based on ancient persian immortals) so i guess you could say they are indian......but most of the names are indeed a sort of arabic infusion...but shisui is a japanesish name..... Shikaree is a group of "sin hunters" in the same game (each named Shikaree X,Y,and Z) it means hunter in hindi and persian (shikāri and shikār respectively) EDIT!: Anzan is also the name given to the Zenith Cross (the four cardinal direction animals Genbu,Seiryu,Suzaku,and Byakko). I learned the Anzan name from Cowboy Bebop....and then just named the techniques "Zenith Arts" cause they come from animals.

ACK! School started today and ive got a big huge a** senior project to complete in 3 days. (good thing is tho...its my SENIOR PROJECT! so i can get it done now instead of the last minute where it could severely harm my grades if its not complete! bad thing is....its the first assignment that puts a first grade into ALL of my final grades...or just first semester grades.....iunno...my school does everything last minute...so they usually dont make sense.....like a 5 paragraph essay on experiences during our time at the school with pictures....AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR!) So i may be FAR too busy with school work to post much or work on my story much crying and im so tired today after 2 nights of no sleep now i just wanna relax and hope i get my ID badge with my nice black boxed in white 12 so i can skip in frnt of the lunch line as a right of seniorism D: If i dont get it tommorrow im officially pissed and will drown myself in school work.....and then be pissy till i get it......SO BE WARNED!

sweatdrop It's just too much right now. Way too much. I'm sorry guys, but I think I'd be doing you a favor, so that someone... ah what am I kidding. I still love you guys, still think I should be your kage, but I just hated being a crew member. I really didn't understand any of the battle system stuff, I had all of these things that I just didn't have time to do. It was just bringing me down. Maybe someday I'll go back, but I just need like a super vaca from all of it. Until I get everything worked out with all the stuff I've got to do.
I pretty much feel like the biggest let down ever right now, I'm sorry guys.
