Hope blinked, not expecting that question. "I-I don't know.." she murmured quietly as she tried to think. "Wh-why does Sh-shade..have an interest in me..?" she wondered softly as she tried to think of a reason: if she didn't know anything, then why would Shade want her to stay near?

Hope blinked again and turned her head to look at him, hesitating for a moment. "O-or what..?" she asked meekly, her hands weakly clutching onto her ruined dress.

"Perhaps you know more about him than either of you realize. Forget it for now. There should be some clothes in that trunk over there. Perhaps you would like to change." Dark points to a battered wooden trunk that may have once been beutiful. The wood is black with age and the carvings that once covered it have almost been worn away.

Hope looked confused but didn't question further. She turned her head to look at the trunk, nodding weakly before struggling to stand up, but Xavier stood to help her get up and over to the trunk. Hope looked around a bit before spotting a room nearby she could change in. Xavier again helped her to it then let her go in, waiting outside the door for her. Eventually Hope managed to change and stumbled back out, wearing a different dress (I'm guessing there was some sort of female clothing in there) that fit her nicely. Once again Xavier helped her, watching as she sat back down on the couch with a bit of a pained look on her face.

Hope giggled when he reffered to Xavier as a puppy again then yawned while shutting her eyes and getting more comfortable. Soon she was asleep again.
Xavier shot a bit of a glare towards Dark. "I'm not a puppy.." he muttered while running a hand through his long hair.

The fog and the mist seem a perfect cover for a being with wings that flies overhead. It seems the forest is endless, but it is not a dream for this creature as it gazes down upon the endless sea of green with a faceless mask. A suitable roost is spotted, some distance away from where a group congregates and rests though the creature knows nothing of it at this moment in time. Leaves rustle and a branch breaks as a black robed figure lands in a great and tall tree. Obviously an ancient one as the foot is larger then the base of a tower.
As the creature settles into its perch, a book is brought from the folds of its robes, a book that looks ancient by the were on its cover. The creature opens the ancient tome, and almost imidiately something magical happens. A picture upon the first page of the book begins to move and animate as three figures move within the scene. Words are formed at the side as one of the figure's speak, and it reads as follows, "I'm not a puppy..." An odd sentence, but the creature watches on as the scene in the book progresses.

((Great enterance scene. Unfortunately, I don't think dragon is on right now, so I can't write much more for that scene at the moment.))
