They headed back to the portal. She was right, it was much easier, and quicker too. When they arrived at the portal, Sketch outstretched his arm in the directi0on of the portal, "Ladies first."

Xinrie kept grinning at the gun, but before she went into the portal she looked over at Sketch. "er...Ryanna would have a fit if she saw me with a gun while under probation so it'd be best if you had it." She looked down slightly ashsamed before smileing back up at him and heading through the portal. "Thanks."

"Then I'll just hold onto it for you." Sketch smiled back at her. She did have a point and he didn't wish to be on the commander's bad side.
As they walked through the portal, they ended up where it all began, headquarters.
"It seems we have new members," he said, scanning the halls. There were a few people wandering through the halls.

Sokato walks out of his office yawning. "The train leaves later today and I still can not find my squad." Sokato's sunglasses start slip off of his face again so he pushes them back up. After that he spots Endurance. He walks down the hall way to great him. "I have not seen you around. Are you the new recruit that is suppose to be in my squad?"

Realizing someone was talking to him, Sketch replied, "I'm sorta new but I'm not in your squad. I am Sketch, rookie of squad Null and this is Captain Stalker of squad Null. We just came back from our mission. May I ask who you are?"
He knew there was no way this guy was in his squad. There were four people to a squad. Stalker was the captain and Map, and himself were rookies and Rubiks was a lieutenant. That makes four.

"Sokato, captain of Slithen. My code name is Ace." He said adjusting his sunglasses which he wears regardless of being indoors or outdoors. "Right now our squad only has two members, including me. I got a memo, that we are going to receive a new member today. Which is great news. I need to brief all the people in my squad on the new mission."

Stalker glanced the other Captian once over, before corssing her arms and shifting her weight off to her right foot in a more relaxed way, being wary not to put too much pressure on the bruised ribs. "Holar there.."

"Captain Ace, it's a pleasure," he said saluting him. It was a bad habit when greeting people higher up than himself. "Ah! Map seemed to disappear like Rubiks but I heard he was promoted and is on a solo mission, so it's just us for now."
Unlike Stalker, Sketch stood there as straight as a bored. He was raised a military brat, so he was almost always formal and polite.
