Mistah Kurtz, he dead. (Anyone who gets that is my new favourite person)Heehee, event conversation. I got a PL yesterday. Or possibly Monday. Just because I'm curious (and because I just recently got my full, permanent, last stage driver's licence), what kind of hoops do you people outside of Ontario have to jump through to get your driver's licence? Is there an annoying graduated system like there is here?

In Missouri we get our permit (can drive with your guardian) at age fifteen by taking a written test. At age 16 we get our intermediate license, we can't drive between 1-5 in the morning, and if we do anything majour we can't get the real one until 21, 18 we get the full thing.

In ireland, you can get a provisional license, it means you cant drive without a guardian, supposedly, but everypne does it anyway. you get this by passing a test of 40 multiple choice questions, and you have to get at least 35 right. I think you have to be 16.
then you apply for your a full driving license, i dont know what you have to do to get that, but it takes almost a full year to get the test.
