Sora woke up as Minae grabbed his face. Her words weren't being fully comprehended, but he could tell that she was mad. His brain finally kicked in to understand her rant. When she was done, he replied. "I had no idea that the Portal would need such energy," he said. "It didn't even look like it was made of any Magick I've seen," he said.
"He didn't tell me what he was going to do," Kalios said, taking a small sip of the faelnirv. He felt the liquid burning his throat as he swallowed it, followed by the pick-up in his energy. He looked down at his and Sora's bracelets, which were embedded with energy-filled gems. Each and every one of those gems shone dully. They were empty. Sora and Kalios must have absorbed all the energy unconsciously. "I thought that his powers as Key would provide the energy needed. I was wrong," he said, straightening himself up as the faelnirv continued its work. One single sip went a long way. He put his sword back on his belt, and walked normally. "I'm not sure how much of this Sora will need, but we'll pay for another flask of it when we get to Ellesmera," he said, handing the bottle to Sora.
Sora looked at the bottle, holding it with a feeble hand, and took a small sip of it. He didn't want to take too much at a time. The liquid burned through his throat, and gave him a slight energy boost. He took another sip, and Terra put him down. His feet weren't faltering, and he felt he had enough energy for the moment. He would need to rest anyways, but that was second on his list of priorities. He looked at the now-empty bottle of liquid energy. "I will pay for the re-fill, May," he said, as he waited part two of the rant from Minasia.

Minasia almost seemed to have had a stroke at that moment, dreading if the moment where Sora would fall should come in a close future. But, when she saw that he was expecting yet an other form of lecture, she sighed and shook her head.
"You should know better than to expect a lecture from me when you're like this..." she whispered, her eyes growing slicker an shinier by the second. "You could've DIED, Sora, if Kalios and Terra hadn't been there... DIED! do you REALISE the trouble you've put yourself in...?"
Though, before tears could actually be seen falling from the queen's face, Minae had advanced herself sufficiently to hold Sora in an embrace, seeking to hide her fearful tears.
As for May, she blankly stared at Kalios, who was now walking around as if nothing happened. All the while, she heard Minae's muffled sobs and shook her head as well.
"You two are complete idiots. You should know better, really. The only way Minasia and I were able to travel this way fairly well was because of the rather healthy amount of energy we had stored in the pommels of our swords, as well as the necklaces around out necks" May pointed out, picking out the pendant hanging at the end of the black cord around her neck.
MAY'S pendant was the head of a two-sidded axe, surrounded equally by small, silver half-pearls of different lengths. At the center, there was a dark blue gem, that before, you would've guessed, might have been the source of May's rather odd illumination.
MINAE'S, on the other hand, was a small version of a sword, which had two worn wings as 'handles' and a snake wrapped around it's entirety. The dark green gem o nthis one was the rather oddly large orb that formed the pommel. IT must have been the reason why Minae's eyes always glowed an odd, mysterious green hue.
"In any case..." May continued slowly and silently. "We'd better get going towards Ellesméra; I'm sure Alianae and Sarae have other means to get there quite some time before us."

Sora patted Minae on the back. She might have wanted to hide her tears, but he could feel her sobbing. "You're right," he said, "I was being an idiot. I should have told Kalios or Terra my plan, otherwise the three of us might have died." He held Minae for a few more seconds. "However, we didn't die. I don't know why, but the Portal dumped us out just short of Ellesmera. We asked to go all the way. Perhaps it was a safeguard so that we wouldn't die," he said. "Now should we go back with the group?" he asked, wiping a tear from Minae's face.
"And we had filled our bracelets with energy as well," he said, holding his up. "They're empty. We didn't even reach to use them," he said. "Sora knows more about the Portal than he thinks. We should ask him about it."

"I still say you're both complete, brainless idiot who never think things through. I mean, REALLY? In THAT situation, I would've told Minae... Not that I would've HAD to, because of her focused mind... But still." May said, still keeping her idea that they were stupid, itiodtic and brainless twits to have attempted that.
Minae stood back a little, as if she had noticed something that had escaped the others. Tunnel...? A mind of its own, eh? Wyrda... Life, death...
"That's it..! Who represents fate?"
Before anyone could answer, even May, Minasia continued, her eyes no longer shining because of tears, but because of a sudden revelation.
"And who controls most of the magick BECAUSE of that role?"
Again, there was a question that did not need any answering.
"And with that magick and position, WHO might be able to controls the flow of magick within the very tunnel that can bring someone elsewhere?"
THIS time, Minasia didn't pursue her ideas; she thought that the others had sufficiently undersood.
"Alianae..." May whispered in the equally surprised tone as both Sora and kalios did. "Are you saying...?"
"That Alianae deliberately STOPPED their little flight threw space? YEs, that's PRECISELY what I'm talking about. AS WELL AS..."
"Sarae was sworn to keep away from us and keep us SAFE."
"Exactly."
There was an odd, eerie silence between guardian and queen as they seemed to exchange thoughts about something, when may broke the blank stare and sighed.
"Figures..."

"Then Alianae is not going to be happy when we come across her," Sora said.
"Yeah. But why would Sarea be told to keep away from us?" he asked. "Is Alianae afraid that she's influenced us too much? Or are we supposed to learn without her help?"
"No," Sora said. "Alianae is Fate, and Warden of such. Her job is to keep Fate going smoothly, just as Kalios' is to keep me alive at all costs," he said, and paused for a second. "The globe that Sarea has...it needs most of the Wardens to activate, which is why we saw Halbark and Kalco. However...something tells me that it'll de-rail fate if in the wrong hands. My guess, Sarea was told to separate the lock from the keys. The Wardens."

"M~no." May said, apearing to hesitate, but in fact VERY sure of her words. "I'm afraid I made a LITTLE mistake concerning the names... Asarae and Sarae can be so confusing..."
"MAY!"
"WEll what? In ANY case... Ahem. You see, remember when we first arrived in that twisted dimension? My mother went with Asarae... Because she's quite mad, that woman... And she could've killed us with just a look."
"Well that changes EVERYTHING..." Minae said, glaring sideways at may, who only raised her shoulders.
"Everyone makes mistakes!" she said defencively.
"A pretty stupid one THAT was."
((In fact, I really DID confuse the names. xp ))

"Hmm...then we're back at getting back to Ellesmera," Sora said, his eyes showing clear desire of sleep.
Yes, Terra said, yawning. It'll be nice to see Ellesmera again, she said, as the first treehouse came into view, and a feeling of excitement filled her.

((Ugh..I have three points. 1. You guys post too much..not that I'm complaining or anything.. 2. I think for once you've lost me.. 3. Asarae, Sarae, Sarea...? I have no idea what I'm supposed to do..separate the lock from the keys...and now I don't even know if my own character is Sarae, or Sarea.. xp ))
"What took you so long?" Sarea's voice rang around the trees. "And how dare you distract Ali like that!" Sarea and Fira both..materialised in the clearing, having doubled back. She did not look happy.. There was an oddly glowing pendant hanging at the base of her throat on a black cord. Shaped like a teardrop, just a small one, with five petals..it was a flower..of some sort. The petals themselves were gems, glowing to some extent, each one a different colour. The colours represented only five, and yet all the colours of a rainbow. A colour wheel. It glowed with the same intensity that May's, or Minae's pendant did, only in more colours.
Her general thoughts flew out across, between them. Fury..dissapointment that they would try such a thing..amusement..annoyance..
"Such a portal is not meant for two Wardens and a dragon, to transport themselves across! And is only to be used in the direst of circumstances, even so!" She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. "You could have died!"
No... Fira remarked, They wouldn't have. She would say no more.

Terra, the only one of the three that wasn't relying on Faelnirv looked up as Fira spoke. Wait a minute...why wouldn't we have died? she thought. She knew there was a secret to the Portal, but didn't know what it was. Or maybe Alianae had something to do with it.

((I've got an idea. May and Minasia leave with Kalios and Sora while Fira and Sarae talk to Terra. They can always use the whole 'they need rest' excuse. And bam...Kalco comes to talk...))
Sora and Kalios looked at each other, exhaustion showing in Sora's eyes, no matter what the faelnirv had done. Nothing could stop his need for sleep. "I really need to go to rest," Sora said.
"And I need to sleep too," Kalios said. "I guess we'll leave you here to discuss the Portal's statistics or whatnot," he finished.
Sora and Kalios turned around without hesitation and began the short walk to Ellesmera, with Sora using his sword, and sometimes Kalios, as a walking aide.

((Ah..it's alright. The nature of this particular RP is to wind in on itself. To be increasingly hard to understand at times..Sarae? No..Mine is Sarea..I'm sure..Sarae and Asarae..are different people? Alianae-(Ruialusa?), Saurulia, Sarea(Luirasua..I think), Asarae, Sarae. Fate, Time, Magick..forgot the other two. But I'm definently Sarea..I don't know what's this about my being Sarae..that's what's getting me confused..))
Fira looked at Terra, a calculating expression in her eyes. Her words were chosen carefully, precisely. No one may die..who does not have permission to die.. she replied, cryptically, Only when one's path is walked, and explored to full extent, may eternal slumber be acceptable. And thus is the case of the ageless, the young but old. The dragons. The Fair Folk.
