I'm getting a sort of dark Victorian vibe from it. Color scheme suggests Germany. I'd lose the shades, though--they conflict with the otherwise classical look.

@ Ash: I agree, but without the shades it looks like something should be in the race region so I'll keep an eye out for something that looks better. Unless you have any ideas.

Steampunk is a style and lifestyle and not music genre, theres a few artists that claim to make Steampunk music but theres not enough of a difference to actually claim it a genre or subgenre yet. Perhaps in the near future they will develop a style to make it a genre but currently its more of a lifestyle/fashion thing.
Oh, at your avi looks better today, did you do anything different with it?
