Zaan curses as he catches sight of the creature. "Tzimisce warghouls!" Zaan creates his own set of fireballs, all of which he hurls toward the warghoul. Three of the fireballs hit and cause it's fur to ignite. "Now! Kakashi! Finish it!"

Kenji continues down the hall, seeing as he was no longer needed, and came upon a junction with Kaven's throne room at one end and a large door with intricate runes. He opened the door slowly, using his enhanced vision to check inside the room, and entered. The door slammed shut behind him.
Inside the room, Kenji tripped over one of the most amazing things he'd ever seen.

Kakashi performed his usual hands signs and charged the chidori. He rushed at the flaming beast striking directly in the heart, shattering it to millions of tiny fleshy pieces. Kakashi then states, "Zaan we better catch up to Kenji before he runs into trouble". With that said, Kakashi sprints into the darkness smirking.

Kenji emerges from the room moments later, donned in emerald ceremonial armor emblazoned with gold that looked to cost a king's ransom. He smiled at the two, displaying his new armor.

((hey everyone! I'm finally back! I am so sorry that it took me so long to get on. I just wanted to tell everyone that i was back. so....yea. i'm back!
I've got about ten pages to catch up to. ugh. but, i will read them and then i will actually post. you can delete this if you would like.
I'm back for good!))

Zaan smiles at his childe. "Nice armor, Kenji..." He turns and faces the door to Kaven's sanctuary. "This is going to be ugly, Kenji. No two ways around it."

Kenji smiles. "I'm sure we're ready for it, so... let's go for it!" he yells, hoping to galvanize the rest of the troupe. Looking at the door, he turned to Zaan. "This is your fight, you open it." he states.

Zaan nods slowly and reaches out for the door handle. He wraps his hand around it and yanks roughly, flinging the door open. He strides in, his eyes flashing. "KAVEN! THIS ENDS..." He falls silent as his eyes finally take in the room. He stops short, staring wide eyed as Kaven laughs sinisterly.

Kenji ducks in behind Zaan, drawing a single sword and wreathing it in flame. He strides in and looks about at the source of Zaan's discomforture, locating a body lying upon an altar. Thinking nothing more of it, he turns to Kakashi.
"This is going to be Zaan's battle, we ought to stay out of it as much as possible..." he murmurs, drawing off and noting that his accomplice was missing.

Zaan finally shakes himself from his stupor and strides over to the altar, completely ignoring Kaven for the moment. He presses a hand against the woman's neck and closes his eyes as he feels nothing. He takes a deep breath before turning to Kaven again, his eyes flashing dangerously. "I'LL KILL YOU! I'LL KILL YOU! YOU...WILL...SUFFER FOR THIS!" Kaven only laughs. "Oh, please, brother. You're broken now, and you know it."

Looking quizzically at the two, Kenji accidentally locks eyes with the man upon the throne. Suddenly, his arms and legs take a life of their own, the armor moving of its own accord. Charging at Zaan, Kenji cries out "Zaan! Duck!" as the arms swing the sword in a high arc.

Zaan does as Kenji suggests, deftly rolling away from the clumsy strike. As he regains his feet, he points to a corner and his Servant steps from the shadows. "Kenji! Brace yourself!" He sics his Servant on Kenji and turns his attention back to Kaven. "Well played brother. What...a possessed armor? Or one with a minor Dominate blood enchantment?" He shrugs slightly. "No matter. My Servant will keep Kenji at bay." He brings his dagger before him in a ready stance. "Now then. You have a great deal to...atone for."

Kenji's arms and legs take life of their own, drilling through the servant, as his mind does a race of its own. He concentrates, and moves his fingers, the only bit of himself, aside from his mouth, that he could still use.
He intended to use both.
Unclenching his sword, he mutters words, and tendrils of his own shadow pool up around his legs and begin winding about. His arms are next pinned down.
As one of the tendrils attempts to undo the armor's latch, Kenji watches on helplessly as Zaan closes in. Pointing, Kenji attempts to cast a spell upon Kaven, but can't quite aim.
