I was so angry back then, self destructive, hateful." She shook her head, "he didn't fail me, he didn't." Her southern accent began peeking through as she spoke. "I guess thats a good thing then. I honestly couldn't see him saving anyone but I never really knew him well." Loki looks at the bar tender and waves her over.

Ruby St.Claire RJ walked over and leaned against the bar, "You need something, Jason?" "The strongest drink you have" Ruby St.Claire "He'd save a lot of folks, he was a good man, good heart inside." She nodded still staring off with a deep sadness. "I'll take your word for it" He reaches under his mask to scratch his face. I wonder how his other friends will react I hope they will please me with their reaction as well. THough I probably would have gotten a better reaction from her if I told her in private.

((Yeah, he would've. Ruby's trying not to draw attention to herself...but she would've probably bawled quite nice and long.))
Clair continued to cry softly to herself, using one of the small drink napkins to wipe her cheeks.

Kothar_TheWolf hopefuly this city isn't crazy enough to outlaw drinking. "The strongest drink you have" RJ poured a strong smelling, clear liquid, into a glass and slid it down to him. "That should assist a bit."

Loki took the drink and swallowed it down quickly. "Why morn his death? When you can celebrate his life hmm?" Loki playing the part of a kind person.

Clair gave a quiet nod, "I'm s'posin' you could be right. He'd call me a silly girl for cryin', even while offerin' me some evil posessed hanky or the like." She chuckled to herself, but brought on a new wave of tears.

James saw the girl crying and felt a slight hint of sadness, but then shook it off. As far as he knew, she was a super...and by the sound of the conversation so far, he had almost no doubt she was, especially if she was friends with a demon.
Erik walked over to Loki and Clair. "Seth is dead?" He asked, curiously, forgetting that he shouldnt know who Seth was.

Shin walked in the room quietly, using his power to make himself appear seventeen, and watched as Clair sobbed. Well, this is entertaining. . . Too bad mom's not here, she would love this.

Ruby took the tissue from RJ, and noted the name tag, it was odd seeing her own name on someone else. "I need to talk to you about a catering job, if you got the time."
She glanced at Erik. She didn't particularly like him, but if he knew Seth....."yeah, he is." She sniffled again.

She glanced at Erik. She didn't particularly like him, but if he knew Seth....."yeah, he is." She sniffled again. RJ slipped Clair her cell number on a paper napkin. "Call me and we'll go over it."

Blitz entered the club and headed for the bar. He sat down as usual, but was constantly checking the door everytime it opened.

Ruby St.Claire Xeen Soldevi Eric chuckled, listening to her talk to James. "That's quote fine, I can wait until you get off the clock." "You do that, Violets." She chuckled, and gave a glance over at the masked fellow and Clair, wondering absently if she should interupt. He watched the bar in the reflection of his glass. He grined, and closed his eyes, murmering lightly to himself. "All of 'em... Everyone in this bar's a super."

Ruby St.Claire RJ's ears twitched as she picked up what it was Eric had said, using her super enhanced hearing. She walked over to him and smiled, "and how 'bout you?" He chuckled. "I was engaged to one, once. But I'm just a dude. Nothin special, no special ops training, no problem with supers, no mutations, nothing. Just a dude." As he spoke, he sounded almost saddened by it, but it was a faint undertone, nothing more.
