I like the idea of a new StarFox game, but I'm not fond of ones like Assault. I much prefer 64, which was basically just the Arwing in an on-rail shooter.

Agreed. I liked how you could 'choose' your missions. I can't even remember how many times I've played it. BTW, how did you deal with the star wolf engagements?

I loved how the missions even could have varied endings.
Well, I've played it enough times that I've done I think all the different options.
That said, I don't entirely recall.

Did you unlock the walking mode in multiplayer battle?

I just interrupted their introductions, flew back, and started shooting at them before they completely entered. I usually kill one of two of them before they truly engage us.

Now that I honestly couldn't say. I don't think I ever actually played the multiplayer on that game.

How rude! Lol

Well to unlock it, you needed to get a medal on every level in hard mode. A feat I couldn't achieve as it was too difficult. Frankly not worth it as I generally played my games alone.

I don't care! lol. I was just exploiting a major bad guy weakness as they talk too damn much. When I'm lucky, I manage to get them all i one go with multiple nova bombs so I can move the game along.

Yeah, now I definitely couldn't say. I don't think I paid a lick of attention to the medals and whatnot.

rofl You would make an awesome/horrible hero/villain in an anime.
Badguy starts monologue. You shoot them.
Hero starts transformation sequence. You shoot them.
I want to see a series with a character like this! One that does not fall prey to the typical wait around while they change/powerup or explain their plans.

I'd like to think of myself as rather practical in wanting to get straight to the point rather then dancing around. So yes, I'd be a rather lousy hero or awesome villain.

But yes such a scene like that exists in Black Lagoon. One of which Revy (the main female protagonist) is having a shoot out with neo nazis on a boat. Coming upon a big guy with a big gun, the guy just starts rambling about how great the gun is only for Revy to shoot him in mid sentence. She then follows up with 'shut the f**k up! Are you trying to sell me the damn gun or what?'. Awesome scene.
